I have this too, earth is mostly unplayable, Ceres has problems, Cetus is horrifying and PoE is just out.
And yes, I have an Asus Strix, ROG-GL753VE.
I ran around in PoE with all my settings maxed out and it was smooth as glass in every respect until they changed how grass and stuff behaved. Since then other things have been starting to become useless including trying to use my landing craft, the options menu it self and loading screens are a complete static filled, visually stuttering, pain in the neck.
I tried turning off everything or setting it all to low in Graphics and Audio, I thought (briefly) that maybe it helped but I was wrong.
I have everything in windows gaming mode turned off now, I dont run steam at all, and I turned off all the overlay stuff in GeForce Experience with no luck.

I have an Asus ROG-GL753VE and have this problem as well, there are other threads indicating that this is a very widespread problem with Asus machines.

Looking more through the forums here it looks like this isn't just me. It looks like its a very widespread problem for people running Asus computers, has been going on for a long time, and is getting worse for everyone with no response(?) on tickets. PoE, Earth and parts of Ceres being the worst to the point of not being playable.

I will look into the audio thing but i turned off EVERYTHING in Display settings and while it made things sort of better its stupid, I cant see where Im going in PoE because everything is either gone, or sudenly appearing out of the blue directly in front of me. Enemies appear to jump from place to place with no animation and grass is just stupid. Even using the Options menu is difficult.

I have a Asus ROG-GL753VE (specs here: https://www.asus.com/us/Laptops/ROG-GL753VE/specifications/ ) and it ran Warframe (including, actually especially PoE) at flawless frame rate, with pure perfect sound for a long time, then, I started having trouble with Earth missions around when DE changed how things like grass was displayed on PoE.
Now its so slow I cant operate my foundry, move properly anywhere, and sound has gone completely to hell (static and garbled noise). All my other software (mostly heavy 3D graphics stuff like ZBrush, Sculptris, KeyShot and Blender) work fine and have no issues at all.
I have a fairly poor network connection but have always been able to play ok before.
Is this laptop capable of running Warframe any more? It's only a year old.
Thank you all for any help! Im not enjoying this at all!

After playing for a full year I have come to the conclusion that conclave is dying because when a new person, mr1-3 perhaps, tries it for the first time it makes no sense,cthey die instantly and don't know how or why, and then are called a fakin noob, and most of them don't even know where or how to get at chat yet. Most of them never come back, the ones who do instantly get killed, are called faken noobs and this time they know it, know it's true, and then most of them never come back.
It's almost cyclic, I been through that cycle four times now and the last time I actually killed one of you bastards. I paid for it though by getting killed and then killed again, and shortly after that someone peed on my grave while dancing.
Maybe it's time for a fifth try, actually last time there was no one in it..... I forget about that...

Better to keep it, you can make an exceptional pet with that cyst, and getting rid of it cures that Warframe basically forever.

Just put on Titania, strip off most mods not meant to boost your duration, efficiency and max energy, and fly through it. That should ensure that you have energy to burn.
Like seriously. You should have lots of time. No need to rush. Just shoot the targets as you drift through. Practice a couple of times so you're familiar with course.
We have a game that allows us to choose how we want to do things. Sometimes that means choosing the right tool for the job given our individual abilities. Play smarter, instead of harder. 😉
I did that, still cant see. But that was the only way I made any progress, I can see the things you shoot but get lost once I run out of them.I have Arca Plasmor, I have yet to encounter something I cannot kill so MR now means little to me other than a stressful lack of fun.To me that is playing smart, if they want a puzzle that people cant finish let them have it but Im no longer screwing with this puzzle, I have more fun things to do like dojo building and running amok helping new people survive in places like Mot.

I'm right there with you, but I have lost track of how long I have been at ten. I also lost track of when I stopped practicing and simply went back to being happy playing. I have enough xp to jump from ten to somewhere like fifteen or or seventeen I think...

I have a problem that is effecting not only me, but those who I play with.
I live on a boat, I am eleven miles offshore using a very nice wifi antenna to squeeze an extremely tenuous wifi signal out of stations on land with my laptop. To say that I make a poor host would be a wild understatement.
Yesterday I played eight random missions and was chosen as host for six of them, everyone was miserable. If Warframe chooses hosts based on some criteria it ought to be this: That potential host that sucks the least.
I dont know what it uses to make these decisions, but whatever it is needs some help. Maybe something as simple as a switch "DONT MAKE ME HOST" for example.

This is sort of at the top of the list of things receiving a lot of attention, they ought to be reading this stuff.
EDIT: Actually Im not clear on that, I just had a look at the main page where I saw this in the first place, I might be wrong about where I first spotted it.

I think if being banned for stupid crap like a few capital letters in a row is what gets you banned (and it is) there needs to be an option to not be automatically switched from squad chat to things like relay or region when things change. The forced chat window switching is an idiotic problem to begin with, having it be the grounds for a kick/ban is beyond well beyond idiotic. The only thing I have been banned for is what I have just described, and its happened enough that I simply turn off the offending channels; trade, region and recruiting. If I could kill off relay and aliance I would, but that's not an option.

Im having a continuous problem with Onslaught, and it always happens with elite.
Basically in nearly all missions after several zones there's a host migration, who ever survives then has to sit in their ship waiting for nothing to happen and eventually give up and use Alt F4 to get out.
This is not much fun, and like the gates at PoE failing, its something that prevents me from playing these missions.

I dont have anything (that I know of) called Asus Lighting Service so either I dont have it or its called something else... right?
