  1. I found this post because while theory crafting I also thought it should be a exilus mod.  Now that I have tested it I can say it's absolutely a DPS gain if your hitting your target.  I also had no issues fitting it in a hunter munitions build that was moderately effective @lv 155 heavies.  The tonkor is not supposed to be a weapon for taking out heavies anyways and precision strike makes it, in my opinion, more fun and effective overall.

  2. The current mission, Hydron, seems to be bugged.  I tried it twice, on the first attempt we failed early in the first wave.  I initially assumed that somehow the defense target died since I was not paying attention but on the second attempt we cleared wave 5, looked for any remaining mobs for about a min, and the mission failed.

  3. There were a number of issues and personally I thought that self damage was a fun mechanic.  I did not think it was implemented perfectly nor do most of you who actually bothered to read half of this thread think the current system is perfect.
@rastaban75 Valid points for team play, but if I actually want immersion in this game I tend to play solo.  It can be a lot of fun to try and do spy missions without gimmick or stealth frames.  There are a lot of ways to play this game that are not bullet jumping at maximum velocity down a hallway because it's the most efficient way to get all the stuffs.
@Kaiga If you actually read the thread and still feel that way I must be a really subtle troll.

  4. The meta almost seems to be that we need one weapon to do everything... this is probably partially because of focus lenses... which is another issue but having different equipped weapons being good at different things is great for the diversity of the game.

  5. Yeah I have, and I can respect you wanting to use those in that situation.  For me that's a reason to have other weapons.  Lots of mobs in your face, use a pistol or melee.  Have some breathing room, melt the piles with some well place grenade blasts.  IMO its a more rewarding and fun way to play.  Just my opinion.

  6. I just came back to Warframe after a few months off and the most annoying thing is "teammates" constantly spamming primary weapons with huge blinding particle effects in annoying and obtrusive energy colors.  I seem to get one at least every third mission.  In addition to killing half the squad every time they get nicked by a radiation proc it is just annoying.  Also using self damage weapons used to be fun because there was actually potential consequence to not aiming your shots or paying attention.  I know vocal members of the community who don't think that firing a rocket launcher at point blank should have a negative repercussion but this is honestly testing my suspension of disbelief in a game about space ninjas.
Sidebar, I'm sure that I could adjust my display settings to lower the particle effects or something along those lines but they are cool and an enjoyable part of the game.  Just not when the jack@** running behind you is bombarding everything they can see with them as fast as they can left click.

  7. Just ran my first arbitration where my squad actually attempted to engage the revive system and it seemed super obtuse.  I much preferred the previous perma death mode as it added more tension and consequence.  If someone in the squad went down you could still finish the mission and everyone was rewarded for time spent.  As it is, when someone goes down it just gets confusing.  This is compounded by the fact that the mode does not seem to have any in game guides or explanation.  I understand that this is very much a work in progress but I personally feel like the revival method was a regression.

  8. I was able to solo it without crazy gear before the most recent update.  When I reported it to support they gave me this advice"

For now, we can only suggest 'band-aid' fixes such as avoiding to trigger the bug in general. Some of these would be avoiding aiming at the Corpus Head before it opens, avoid aim-gliding as it may trigger the bug, or using Focus as it may bug.

My first try without aiming sill bugged out on the second phase but I was able to clear it on my 5th overall attempt.  Used a Vaykor Marelok with 2 forma and hard focused the corpus head without aiming on both phases.

  9. Back at the boss again... this time I'm having the issue on stage 1.  Frost's CCs do not seem to affect the corpus head at least in stage 1.  I cannot use harrow to chain the boss since I cannot clear the Eris junction until I kill it.  Does anyone know another working strat or do I just bang my head against this until it randomly works?
0/4 as of 10/9/17 If you wait for the fight to expire it does not seem to consume the key but will waste even more of your time.

  10. Had a similar issue with the corpus head on stage 2.  It timed me out of the fight before I was able to finish the corpus head off.  This was a fun and interesting boss fight until it bugged out on me.  However the fact that it takes a hour to craft a key with resources that I have to farm specifically to access this boss makes this issue very very annoying.
