No, I don't use it, and I never see anyone else use it either.
Assuming this is about Loki's passive, yes it is pointless/useless, like a number of the passives they are introducing with 18.13. Its like they didn't think some of them through and went lazy mode with ideas.

Some of the Passives, to put it bluntly, just suck. Oberon and Loki in particular. Also the way volts speed works with the opt in drop thing, is just horrible. What if you are ahead of volt, it won't do anything for you now. Honestly I have to say it doesn't seem like it was thought through.

It is absolute crap, but still worth getting if for no other reason than it is easy mastery fodder. Level for the mastery points then junk it.

The only real big issue I have with this event is having to earn another 50 points to fight Kela again, that's just annoying. I could understand having to earn 10~20 points again(or none) but 50 is to much, it makes it an annoying grind.

That is because they are still trying to so something to make them available outside of steam. Currently the tenno gen items can only get part of the profit to the creators by using steam, and that is why its only available there atm. But as said, they are working on making it available on all platforms.

$1-2 is waaaaaaaaaaay too low. The prices right now are fine.
The log in reward discounts completely invalidates this. As most people (at least as far as I know, and this applies to PC) never pay full price for plat, they wait for a coupon then buy. Or they get plat from prime access, which is also discounted.
That being said, I also do agree that 1 to 2 dollars for tenno gen items is too low. I say that because there is a revenue split between the creator and DE/Steam.

I want some of the newer tenno gen items, but there is no way in hell i'm buying them separately when I already have plat I bought. Some time ago during a devstream they said there were looking into making it possible to get them in game with plat, but who knows if it will ever happen. I am sure DE could probably figure out a way if they really wanted to though.

Sitting around 30mil+ for over a year now(at 34mil atm), between what I spend and what I earn I slowly still gain money even though I never credit farm. But, I have been playing since closed beta, not to much for me to spend it on anymore.

So when are those tenno gen items going to be available in game through the normal market. I refuse to pay for them through steam when I already have plat available in game. Its been awhile now since the steam workshop was added to warframe, I would have though DE could have worked something out by now.

Probably, I just don't want it around after that. I like my ship clean and honestly the infested are something I don't really like that much in this game(overused scifi gimmick).

Having the same issue here, but in the Wisconsin USA. I can log in and play missions, but when I get back to my ship the game freezes for 15-20 seconds.

Well... you would be wrong here. DE has proven that they are very good to the players when stuff like this happens. They have always compensated players and extended events and such when there are connection issues like this.
Also in reference to one of your earlier posts, this is happening on all platforms not just PC.

I would say the Dex Dakra will definitely be back, not sure I would say the Dex Furis though. If they bring back all Dex weapons every year that would get a little out of control. Maybe the Furis will come back one more time, but I wouldn't say for sure.

Coming into this conversation late so I don't know if this was mentioned or not already. But, early on, very early on, DE experimented with cooldowns and decided that they were not conducive to the game play style they were going for so they nixed that idea. I seriously doubt they would change direction and decide to bring them back.

I would love that, honestly the thought crossed my mind as well. It would be great to get trophy items from some quests and achievements to use as decoration.

I noticed that there is also an inconsistant speed at which the game starts up. When it goes slower, I have noticed the nasty FPS drops while in the orbiter. When it starts up normally it doesn't seem to be an issue. So it would seem maybe the game isn't loading properly from the start, sometimes.

I've had this happen too. Restarting the game fixed it, but it sucks anyway.
So when do we get the rework we really need?

Didn't steve say they were removing those two things from the initial U19 release because it keeps pushing back U19.
