  1. Not up to DE really.  Sony/Microsoft want their cut from plat sales, and want to keep people on their platforms, hence not being able to move between platforms. 

     

    Very early on DE mentioned that they were looking into crossplay (back when they announced the PS4 version), but it just didn't come to be. 

  2. meh.... infested weapons.  Was curious about what new weapons we would get, but not so excited now.  Infested weapons almost always suck.  The tile extensions and revamped sabotage looks like it will be good though. 

     

    And exclusive conclave cosmetics... *sigh* why bother DE.  PvP was supposed to be something to do on the side, but you give it exclusives, doesn't seem right.

    I really can't see that being a problem, maps are already pretty damn big, like several kilometers in some cases. 

     

    Another upside to the idea of a open larger battlefield would be making sniping much more or a viable method of fighting. 

  4. It really would be nice to see some mission types that are atypical to the current game.  Having some sort of assault target or objective placed in a wide field with scattered cover items would be freaking great. 

    I've always like the idea of some sort of progressive assault, were you have to meet sub objectives to work towards the final mission target.  And I like the idea of the whole map being open or mostly open and still using procedural generated map with open tiles. 

  5. Dedicated Augment slot(s) when?

    Can you guys look at the current way of reviving sentinels?  As of right now only having the regen mod and only reviving them once pretty much sucks, especially considering how easily they die some times.

    it just doesn't make sense to me aside from them trying to squeeze every last drop they can out of a person.  :-(

    So people play the game and go to different nodes etc.  

    If resources could be bought for credits people would just farm nodes that pay out high in credits and just buy the resources they want.

Overall this format sucks compared to the old one.  Having to navigate between active topics and staff topics for example instead of having both on the front page to start with.   It is annoying that the all activity page even shows things like people that just signed up for the forums, don't need to see stuff like that. 

  8. Not sure I like the look of it, its kind of retro early 20th century sci-fi.  I think I like the idea of a hybrid, part tenno and part corpus would be good. 

     

    As for the concept overall, yeah it sounds pretty good.  Though I wonder if it would chew through ammo to fast or not. 

  9. I don't have Animal instinct, but I had a maxed Thieves wit on. I checked every spot on the map, but there was only one and that was practically out in the open (by open I mean I walked into the room and it was right next to the door). I even went around slowly in each room, shooting walls and jumping around trying to see if I may have missed a room.

    Check elevator shafts and such, there are lots of hidden spots in the void.

Nothing DE can do about it.  Part of the deal with the console companies keeps them from doing migrations to PC (if I remember correctly).  Hell, even having a PC to console migration requires an OK from the console companies.  Sony/Microsoft wouldn't willingly let customers go which is why Console to PC won't happen.  It is unfortunately but that's how it is. 

    • Changed the default Common/Uncommon/Rare drop rate system for Acolyte enemies to have a more equalized distribution of drops across the rarities. In doing so, the rate that Uncommon and Rare mods drop has been increased by double, and the rate at which Common mods drop has been reduced.

    Kinda sucks you guys changed this after one of the Acolytes is already gone, means the rare mod from that acolyte is out of reach even with better drop rates.
