Are we having a food war? Or would this be a hungry game?

People are usually laid back and helpful around here, but shouldn't you try in "Players helping players"?
I'm honestly not sure if that fits there. Here might be the safest spot to ask...for the time being. Unless I'm wrong.
Anyway, question is about informing the seller if you cancelled on an item. If I change my mind, I always inform the seller that I've changed my mind so it frees them from holding the item(s) unnecessarily.
From the other side, tho, I don't want a seller to sell something that I'm interested in and collecting my things to buy. So I hold until I get word that the sale is a go or cancelled. I've no problem with those that say 'sorry' or 'nty' -- at least they've informed me.
The clash is what has me perplexed, what with dropped 'sales' lately (if I can get any). The 'buyer' changes their mind and neglects to inform -- if I follow up, I'm lucky to get a reply that they changed their mind. But the other case has me confused. Had one yesterday where the 'buyer' not only didn't reply, but muted as well.
Kinda left wondering if informing of cancellation is a dead thing, and what could possibly be the reason for a block out of the blue?

Here we go again with people trying to assert that MR matters and is a good measurement of experience.
Because leveling up junk magically makes you better at the game somehow.
MR = XP; XP is not necessarily the same as actual experience.
