  1. Being gold-laced is apart of the visual nature of every Prime thing we've seen in the game. That's the exact same as saying that gold is part of the Prime theme, and that anything other than gold isn't a part of the Prime theme. Again, just go to the Orokin Void and you will find nothing but gold-laced everything.It's laced in gold. That's why they are referred to as the "cold and gold" emperors. Their name suggests it: 'oro' + kin. So no, it's not just my opinion. This is the way DE has chosen to design the Orokin tech. Prime warframes are no exception.

    This is s wrong in so many aspects o_O

     

    1.The Creative process probably was like: okay give us some special stuff concepts.   Artists:So uhm what about adding some gold   Devs:Thats fantastic I love it  Now think off some name and random lore for this stuff

     

    1.5They are gold imperators because Iron emperators would sound $&*&*#(%&.

    Tell me one other material that would express wealth better than gold (gems aside,using those as more than decoration would be ridiculous)

     

    2.So by that logic you shouldn't be able to dye them in any other color then shining white

     

    3.Gold is completely useless as technical element (no magnetism,silver conducts better,blocking radiation is irrelevant too),it isn't bound in lore-wise (Orokins just liked goldy sh#!*)

     

    3.5While I am agreeing that not any colour should be put in there are some sweet @$$ expensive things:

    Titanium (because well,HYPEEEE)

    Silver

    Black&White Nacre(not sure if google translator is giving me the right words)

    ivory

    white gold (Go ALL white)

    Maybe the various diamonds (since the small deco parts wouldn't look $&*&*#(%& opposed to huge orokin decorations

  2. TLDR:(I hate you for not reading all of it)

    Fear of too big nerfs,main reason for hate

    Reinforced by:

      Bad decisions,partially in nerfing

      No trust in devs especially because of:

        Much and much misstakes in initial balancing

      Bad player <-> Dev connetion

        Devs see   -Challenging/interesting feature

        Players see- Anti rush mechanic

     

     

    I am astonished that all the people miss the main about nerfs:

    The fear of an "actual" nerf.

     

    Yes,of course that weapon/abilitie is much too strong,the god feature is nice but with 4 forma there is nothing that could stop you anyway.

    It is obvious that the main problem is not that it gets brought down to an reasonable level,it is the fear that it gets BELOW that level.

     

    Since other games with unreasonable nerfs face equal negative responses it is clearly not an "forum own problem" or something like that,it simply shows that the devs don't communicate correctly with the forums and looking at the quality/difficulty of new content the person(s) checking them should be fired.

     

    Looking at the other unreasonable calls made in this game it becomes apparent that-balance wise something is running very wrong.

    For example enemies introduced :

    The Eviscerators- 200dps bleed proc,50% chance at beginning

    Vor-lvl 70 ,Sure fun

    Stalker - On his alternating venture between "OMG! Oneshot STALKER" and "OMG! He Oneshot ME!!!!!"

    Arc Traps-ZZZZAP ... Mission failure

     

    Content introduced:

    DarkSectors (still so Sad)

    Rescue2.0 ("I can stealth.." BRAKKA BRAKKA~Execution initiated~ "Well.. okay")

    Hijack (... No one here I guess...)

     

    And finally Nerfs:

    Trinity -Hey link is still working -_-*

    Only good:Supposed Nova nerf-"Shut up and take Nova"...VSInfested:" Oh and put max overextend on to make them run faster"....

    Acrid nerf - So it is weaker,Half automatic  oh and here is a present card labeled: FY (Tenno scuuuum)

    Frost Nerf- "Shut up and take Nyx"

     

    And this is only the TOP of the Iceberg.

    Almost nothing was acceptible when introduced first.

     

    Ontop of this things are discussed under COMPLETELY different views than the devs,showing how much off their perspective of the community is.

     

    Sequenced Boss Fights:

    Player perspective -Well they have to do it so people don't rush

    Player problem - It costs F*#!' time In wich I could down the boss with 10x Hp which would be more goddamn fun

    Dev magic vision- Well yeah this is put in place to make sure that the player understands that the Boss is entering a more aggresive state

    |Comment|How does this require up to 10 seconds 3 would be FAR enough for even the most &#036;&amp;*&amp;*#(%&amp; players to get that something happened

     

    Exposed part weakspots:

    Player perspective -Well yeah otherwise he/she/it would go to hell in 1sec,so people would just rush this

    Player problem - The F#!' weakspot is too goddamn small,I can hit sh***

    Dev magic vision- We want the boss to provide an unique experience, weakspots allow the player to find out how to fight the boss

    Doors on alert weekend:

    Player perspective -Nice anti rushing mechanic,not too long (for one weekend,in every mission this would certainly not be the feedback)

    Player problem(positive was overflowing) - Aint nobody got time to for that. +/ I had to run back for mobs spawning

    Dev vision- Players should have to defend a position, against the super hard enemies

    |Comment|Yes,the 5 enemies spawning somewhere so far off that I have to run 30secs to find them totally threatened me NOT

     

     

    Just based on these examples there already emerges a pattern from the dark (Chaos prime[actually no chaos XD]):

    The playerbase thinks mechanics are employed to fight rushing

    The Devs think they make things more interesting (maybe balance a bit) and or are not aware of inputting broken content or nerfing overly since they ONLY test with their mechanic in mind,sometimes seemingly not even that (DEV:It downed me in 0,5secs=Challenging enemie= Lets put this into game)

     

     

    However this resulted in the great Schism between the Devs and s big part of the community ,finally resulting in fearing nerfs or ANY changes.

    Of course there are some egoistical players and some bringing up fair points "unknowingly" suggesting nerfes, which are dreaded by the big part of "aware" players, which are greater in numbers than the good-faith people.

    Not to mention that those people experienced the madness Damage1.0 and such stuff used to be

    Off course there are missinterpretions of meanings too,not everyone has to rage overly.

    Maybe he is just direct... AND AN DON'T RAGE POST WILL MAKE HIM ACTUALLY RAGE

    Also dont overinterprate caps,some people use them without an wanting to sound aggressive ^^

  3. The skyboxes are,beyond their annoying effects on Zephyr, completely useless anyway.

    They just block "some" spots where you could look behind the map even though those could be fixed easily,flying out of the open tilesets is easy anyway (except on phobos). I got out(out=outside the boundaries) of 4 tiles (without actually trying) just with valkyr,standing ontop of the ceiling was fun.

     

    Modeling tiles with just walls to the left and right would be beneficiary for everyone,quite some spots are reachable by parkouring too,and falling down kills you.

     

    Edit:Just noticed I got out of 5 tilesetes actually... damn there are so many,the grineer mobile def cave (the one with the cryopod) Even relies on being unclimbable without an heightlimit

  4. I ain't paying some greedy kid 20$+ worth of my plat for some mod that will without a doubt be added to some drop table in the future just like the ammo mutations were.

    Then be patient and stop complaining =P

    Only Participiating, that would mean that grineer corpus or infested kicked your a***

    You won techincally and literally by defeating them,being better than someone else has nothing to do with that,you got the leaderboard for that

    No... but it isn't as strong on Grineer and Elite Crewman ignore it (aslong as they are out of range) so to the time you got the mods to use it 24/7 it will be pretty much balanced

  7. I think this is a completely wrong aproach,we are being forced to do some stuff instead of rushing onto the objective,

    It feels just incredibly wrong to have a door standing before you and need to wait ...

    If it would be atleast a survival-ish area this indeed would have been great but it was just annoying to have all the enemies spawn around completely ignoring that you have to walk BACK to them and dispose them ultimately wasting more time than waiting for the door itself

    Nothing good will come from sequencing missions.

    For example the new Vor and VayHek are terrible too, even though Vor can be oneshotted with vectis he still gets back up and recharges,

    Vay Hek is incredible annoying because his face is so tiny even though he still can be one or two shotted with ogris...

    We dont need barriers,we need more enemies!!!

    Those moa packs waiting around the corner (30+enemies) THAT IS WHAT WE NEED

    I was walking around the corner with Rhino and suddenly (pewpewpewpewiekabouwboom) I was downed and that was AWESOME

    Well maybe not this extremely awesome but it really made me smile which is more than I can say about the new doors and bosses

  8. I kinda agree that it is terrible to hold something back but on the other hand why should we have what you can't have but not the other way around?

     

    I only would support something like an Event2.0 series,offering a little bit changed versions of the old events.\\

    With the support for new players coming up it would be a great Idea.

     

    I guess every few weeks one event (with less potatoes off course) could be held and the badges you get get the year printed on.

    That way veteran players will still have their clean badges to brag with and new players could have all the stuff

  9. Zephyr with only normal mods for range ,duration and Efficiency

     

    Corpus won't be able to shoot you

    It is really awesome to see how the Fusion Moas try to fire at you.... They simply aim to the left or right which is cute because they obviously shoot lasers

     

    BTW:Soloed the one with the catalyst on ^^ Synapse run out of ammo,hat to use instahit embolist XD

    This is the whole Event,just some boring alerts with slightly better Stuff the whole weekend long.

    There will be nothing else,especially not a fight against Infested AladV (which only has this infestation on his shoulder for decoration)

    What a waste of a event,nothing special about it

     

    Kinda strange isn't it?

    I guess there won't be any ponys either =P (or Kubrows... wait a sec)
