Same here. I have no problem crafting other items, but I always get unknown error when it comes to the Eidolon lens. Does anyone know if this is just for the Eidolon lens or does it give the same error for Lua Lens?

Having the same issue. I completed the riven challenge, then completed the mission. Never got the prompt/screen unveiling the riven. The riven was still equipped to weapon when I went to my arsenal to check.
