great notes!
that particular tileset can be frustrating, it was very much so before the waypoint elevation patch. spending 20 minutes looking for a way up in an empty map and that freakin unmarked elevator, which furthermore starts at the wrong level (top, not bottom part) for some reason. and it's 3 or 4 floors of identical corridors.
Agreed, I managed to memorize the map so it isn't as frustrating anymore but I remember how mad I was when I was first lost here. Hopefully I can add more pictures later

(6) Picture of what the room for the elevator looks like, has many different stair levels
[Will add more once I have time]

-Will keep this thread updated with tips-
I understand that markers are a bit confusing to follow when they mark paths 3-4 steps ahead instead of 1-2 steps, but with the new level marking system it's a bit easier to get around without having to check every single room.
-Part 1, the elevator-
(1) As you can see my marker has "failed" me once again and led me to a locked door. Make a few observations: In this particular room (more screenshots in 2, 3, and 4) there are 3 exits. One is the tunnel-pipe from which I enter, and the other two are the two sides. Check both sides to see if they lead to a dead end.
(2) Behind my warframe is the pipe entrance, to the right will be image 1, and to the left will be image 3
(3) After checking all 3 alternatives, the left side is the side that allows me to pass (it may differ because tilesets change and different doors unlock) Continuing on will lead me to the next room, which contains the elevator that is commonly missed by others
(4) Continuing into the next room we find the ever so hidden elevator in the wall that can be easily missed if you're hopelessly lost and frustrated as well as new to the game. In my games, 90% of the time people don't even see this elevator and sprint past it several times until they realize that they have to use this to go up. And image of the room this elevator is in will pictures 5 and 6.
(5) Picture just outside the elevator

Maybe the ship can't reach the certain part where you are?

Took me a solid five or six minutes to join one, then decided just to start it solo and rush it in private :/
You don't get as much credits doing that. Have a friend join you and start the alert together
-
I'm fairly sure that it's because the party fills up while you're joining, thus booting you out. This didn't happen prior to the credit changes (as often) because alerts weren't AS popular, but since they have an incentive now people rush to join the alert parties. it doesn't help that you can't start an alert by yourself in online mode without having someone else in your party =\

I want her melee weapon! Actually it looks like a throwing weapon.
its coming this friday.
-
Is that a beard?
cannot unsee.... but I would believe it's a weapon used to impale when face to face with someone (har har)
-
This was an old generic model for a warframe, which was retweaked into the ash we know now. but DAAAAMMMNN.
(livestream version) -
There's no real way to control it, you just go in a straight line in the direction you're facing when you press the button. Anything in that line (close to that line) will take the huge damage.

That's really low. Try Sedna - Kappa. Gives around 20k per run
-
because racecar.

Not the tenno. The lotus.

-
There is one word for this. "Beautiful"
-
It thinks this leech osprey is a storage locker...
Or is it actually a storage locker...?
-
Waypoint system isnt fixed on grineer maps ><
-
Example: Flow Rank 0 - 5 .. 41k credits... if you can afford those costly rankups.. sure ^^
That's not expensive at all, maybe an hour of grinding alerts total
-
Credits > U6 Fusion Cores .. go sell them, best thing you can do
They're great use for ranking up mods, no need to sell them. Plus theyre rank 10 fusion cores, sentimental value since they dont drop <:
-
I have to admit, I completely forgot about those missing cores since at first cores were kinda useless. Now suddenly I have over 2,000 fusion cores! Over 3,000 mods of all types. That's nearly 100 pages to sift through. Some improvements to the mod UI would be most welcome about now! :D
How many mods did you have prior to U7?
-
It really means a lot that you remembered that issue that had angered many people, which can be put to rest now.
You really are a great company DE, keep up the good work.
-
They are only available in alerts.
