Did he finally get a buff? Only necros kills should add to the pool as far as i know.
And the idea is interresting but i kinda fail to see how this would be good? The summoned specters kinda stick to the enemy ai anyways...meaning gunplay...
No offense but it's the players and abilitys that make the frames good...enemys are kinda stronger when you're far enough to actually run outa revives.
The idea is cool and would fit him well but would kinda take a place for something stronger if you bind it to sotd...

Yeah something more powerful and useful would be better. Just throwiing this idea out there anyway , may inspire someone else to come up with something bette :)

Would it be a good idea for Nekros to summon dead teammates as specters when using this ability.
Let's say they're out of revives so Nekros brings them back but "against their will"
From another players pov : you die and no revives . Nerkros summons a specter version of you , . Even if you disconnectthe specter will remain for a certain amount of time

It's espescially on raids
Like someone above wrote. Don't kill things just CC them.
Boring as hell ,this is warframe not spin'em around and round frame.
I hope reworking the damage system will solve this problem

I have an idea for his n°4
Let's make it a stance skill but instead of having an etheral melee weapon he only shoots different ypes of electric attacks from his hands;
> Caster mode
> In this mode: pressing RMB will shoot "positive" lightning bolts . LMB "negative" ones
Positive bolts will push the target away and negative bolts will bring the target towards you. Both types deal roughly the same amount as Shock
casting both at the same time will create a more powerful bolt ( I.e Skyrim lightning storm) but would drain more energy.
