Hey, wont be on till later today (8-9hrs) but I'm pretty interested in buying. Can talk price when I'm online but I wanted to show my interest.

    Hi there,

I studied kavat prics a bit, and most of the ''colorful'' ones which go for 200-250 plat, look like clowns (literally).

I myself would price this kavat at 300-350 plat at least.

This is definitely something that may warrant concern, seeing as this will be played exclusively with a controller on XB1 and PS4. But then again, the description in Steam for Warframe says "partial controller support".

I can see why you may think like that, and if it truly does happen, it would be well a big flaw on console version of the game.

Yeah partial - I will agree navigating between missions, on liset and starchart with controller is hard, I myself use kb+mouse between missions. Otherwise I have always used controller in Warframe and it has worked very well. The only place where I would consider using kb+mouse for actual gameplay would be pvp.

  3. So I just messed around with configs, and like previously best solution for this is to use 3rd party program which maps keyboard buttons to controller, and just map ''ctrl'' to your crouch button on controller and this will be your interim fix.

p.s. I have no clue why same option on keyboard works, but on controller only toggle option does, and this is not the first time too (you can check my profile if you wish, I had the same problem before on warframe mode).

  4. Hi everyone, someone said it's fixed, true?

For ''5'' fifth ability I put it on left thumb stick, and it works for me as meant to, holding it activates 5th ability, pushing it summons the operator.

But yeah I have always hated toggle crouch button, since when coptering was a thing, and using toggle crouch breaks all my game (like I just can't play).

  5. Hello,

just wanted to bring to your attention this bug.

When using controller in operator mode you can't crouch (Hold to crouch button), but when using warframe it works, which is weird, but made me play trough most of war within using keyboard and mouse.

  6. Well i don't know for other people, but i would probably play more with stealth if :

    - my map showed the enemies without needing me to waste a mod slot for a radar (that's something MANY games have, and that bothers me a lot about warframe. Especially since i look more at the map than at my crosshair.)

    - all enemies were able to get stealth killed with melee (mostly talking about drones)

    - the enemies didn't have some kind of "hive mind" that makes the wall map aware of your presence if one guy see you

The last point is the worst, and explains why people play loki.

Loki > no risk at all, and if you fail, just stay invisible for 1min and all enemies aren't alerted anymore

other non invis frame > one enemy see you, the wall map chases you.

also, what an amazing augment loki has on his invisibility.... screw non silent weapon :D

hmm Animal Instinct works just fine for me ...

  7. It's fine OP. the wall clinging isn't used much anyway, you don't need to use it.

OP as I got this vibe from your post, you were shocked by the movement change,

and thought:"Will nobody tell him, that wall latching is not optional for you to use to have good time in game?"

So I will be the second one to tell you this - as I play on PC, with controller (it actually works, not for PVP though, there I use mouse :D) - the wall latch thing on controller is kinda clumsy, doable and I guess you can get used to doing this, but it is not optional, this like a little bonus you cna do some times to feel extra op.

So the coptering has been fixed (as it was an unintentional bug) but in it's place you have bullet jump and double jump, so you can move as fast, I for example now love to use rolling as well, not the thing I did before Parkour 2.0, I will bullet jump do the second jump and just before ladning press roll, so I am moving all the time, it's so fluid really.

Another addition is the aim glide, optional as well, but you can now push aim during jump and you will slowly glide towards ground and be able to score some nice shots - so hooray for Matri khem aim glide.

  8. You want fun with being stealthy - take banshee. You want easy mode stealth - take invisibility.

You want a challenge take w/e what is not meant for stealth.

Spy missions are nice, rescue mission are nice as well.

The thing is if you want to enjoy this content go solo, otherwise we know what happens - rushers and failers is what we get (not that I dislike it, it's just how most people play it, as do I, nothing wrong there, and everyone will fail once or twice as well).

And just a random idea I thought up now - new mission type for example Stealth <put whatever here like - exterminate, assassination etc>, this will of course be a lot of work on DE's side. There should be like sections/posts (like spy/rescue vaults/rescue posts already are basically) which has to be cleared out undetected - otherwise mission failed or maybe segment failed - this little change to already implemented mission type would really make it stealth mission.

There are other ways as well, I won't try and list them, everyone can come up with their stealth idea.

Yes I agree the problem is not stealth, the problem is the way you look at this so called problem - so like I said - you want to enjoy stealth create your own environment for it - example? - get a friend, ask him:"Dude I have this idea, let's like you take excalibur and idk I'll take frost and let's go try to do this <w/e> undetected, if we do get seen you use blind and I'll freeze the enemy/ies and don't let them activate alert".

But for strict stealth - I voiced my opinion - detection means failing mission or failing a segment.

p.s. grammar nazi please do point out my mistakes, so I learn not to make them.

  9. League of legends - everyday I play. CS:GO - everyday I play (all the screaming trough the microphone). Warframe - maybe I can count these times on one hands fingers.

edit: about Warframe remembered one guy saying how noob I am for using molecular prime on sargas ruk and slowing him down, when I was just testing stuff (of course I had to do that in solo, but forgot).

Best story would be from Dark Souls - invaded a hacker, and I disciplined him a little, to later receive few messages saying how he is better and I am noob for using [input whatever].

  10. This is more of a fun weapon, for your everyday missions and maybe up to 40 min in T4 survival.
So build how you want it to, but I prefer this weapon with thunderbolt, yes it is underpowered but damn it's fun.

edit: I think my build has raw damage build + thunderbolt, still get some nice crits too. And one thing I am not entirely sure, but Attica doesn't get the x4 multiplier on headshots as bows right? - thus I think better is to mod it for crowd control and just have fun.
