this change is actually a negative in just as many cases it's a positive, probably more. Now you have to beat 2 liches in order to get a chance for the weapon you're trying to get a better version of. I just got a kuva karak with 26% radiation, I now have to do an extra step to get one with a higher percentage.

Yeah, but amps aren't RNG based in acquisition. There will be a pretty big show if DE doesn't fix this right.

Sawgaws have never had a hitbox since they were added, the only way to capture them is with equinox and ivara, and even then there's a 50% chance they'll clip through the ground and become unreachable.

90% gives you 1/10 of the damage.
Which means 90% reduction actually doubles your EHP compared to 80%.
So try the Sigma and Octantis.
only weapon with 90% block is silva and aegis prime, everything else is 85% and below

and to answer your question, some enemies can't be finished from the front because DE forgot to make animations for them. -

objectively best DPS is Mesa, Chroma for enemies that can't be targeted by peacemaker.

1. the New Loka stencil has a total of about 8 pixels
2. The operator chair has the metallics coloured by accents, whereas the rest of the ship it's tertiary, and it has the accents coloured by tertiary. As well, stencils are coloured by tertiary instead of accents. The stand for Lotus' mask is also coloured by tertiary despite not being metallic
3.The lighting inside and around the infested room is WAY too dark, almost like someone changed the lighting to the blackest black in the smoke colour pallette.
