Can confirm. This happened to me and my squad. I just activated it as we transitioned. I got locked into Warframe with last gasps icon and heartbeat playing for the next stage. When the stage completed, we all voted to move forward but nothing happened. When the host left the squad to see if we could move forward that way, we all got split into separate squads. Happened after a long run, too.
