Hey there.
Everyhing is in the title, I just get 2 time a radiant Lith B5 relic, which is vaulted due to Banshee vaulting. Also got a Meso T3 Radiant.
Is this normal ?
Edit: it seems to be intentionnal.

Any Updates on when to expect the Arrival of Part Two?
Steve twitter stated today. (tweet couple minutes ago)

Hey there.
FIRST OF ALL: This post will contain some lore references and speculations that could turn into large spoiler for anyone that has not done:
- Main quests up to Chimera
- Octavia's quest
- Complete Cephalon's fragment scanned
- Jordas' Precets (atlas quest)
So now that spoiler alerts have been told, here it start.
I was replaying the Sacrifice while I heard Ordis asking us if we were seeking revenge for the damage that Umbra caused to him when we built him even after Ordis warned us to not build it. And I just realised that in the entire actual storyline of the quests, we never really shown some recognition to Ordis for everything he did for us. He's always there, he always support us, he never turned upon us by will, he just never even thought about betraying us.
If you completed the entire scanning of the Cephalon Fragment you know that he is literraly "in love" with his operator, he never did anything for himself alone, without thinking of the consequences that the operator could suffer.
We damaged him so many time by just beeing kiddos that just want to pew pew pew, and he never complained that much, he even erased his own memory to protect us from what he was and could become again.
And all of that lead me to wanting to have a Main Quest where we, the operator, would have to sacrifice a lot to save him.
The base idea is that for some reasons, [insert scenarium here], Ordis would start to depleate in a way that Simaris would tell us that we must either:
- Remove his software and install a brain new Cephalon that would replace him. (most selfish choice for the operator to make)
- Upgrade entierly his software to a newer and more stable version of cephalon. (the neutral path, where you make compromise between new and old)
- Doing all we can to save him and rebuild him like he was before the start of the quest. (the loyalty choice, where we show him our love)
The result of the quest would change forever the relationship between the cephalon and the operator, and each of the three path would requieres huge sacrifices to make.

Don’t build stacks or burn them if you want the challenge.
Well I build stacks to increase my damage. I don't mean it's not challenging, I just feel it's not balanced compared to others frames that have undying abilities.

Hello there.
As the title says, I wanna speak abit about Nidus in the Arbitrations.
First of all I really enjoy Arbitrations and also playing Nidus there, but I feel like his undying capacity is abit OP in arbitrations. Other "undying" frames abilities requires to use a minimum of brain power while nidus just requieres to press 2, then 1, and repeate until stacks reach maximum. Sometime pressing 3 and 4, but mainly it's too easy to me to build stacks in arbitrations, especially in Survival variants.
If I'm right, the code already exist to alter the number of stack consumed to proc undying on fatal damage, the Wiki says that in PvE mode it burns 15 stacks while on PvP it says it burns 1 stack. So if the wiki is right about that point, maybe increase abit the stack amount consumption to stay alive during arbitrations (also maybe do it during sanctuary) could turn the "godness" of nidus down to the balance without nerfing it that much.

Hey there.
Everything is in the title, what about some Simaris sold fishing spears, for Plains of Eidolon and Fortuna respectivly ?
I think it would be easier to start the thing with Fortuna spears, as there is no mecanism about the spear making damage for specific fish type, and instead of having a stun effect it would have a scan-on-catch effect.
Why would we need such thing ? Well, honestly, no idea since we have helios and infinite scanners, but hey why not ? We have one Archwing scan mod already so why not scanning fishing spears ?
Scanners could even be needed in the blueprint maybe.

Hey there.
The regular test requires you to use your base operator form, without any amp or focus school activate. If you get "killed" once, you respawn and gain access to your amp which makes the mission extremly easy.
Is this wanted or a glitch ?
-
It appears that Equinox Maim also doesn't trigger the Hunter Command effect.
-
Hey there.
It seems that the slash procs that Garuda's 4th ability can grant to enemy doesn't command to the companion (which got Hunter Command equiped) to attack the bleeding targets.
I tested with a dread that procs Slash too, and with the Dread my companions attacks the target.

Hey there.
I just got the following idea few minutes ago: "If the Arca Scisco passive apply to the Dex Pixia, will the kitguns arcanes apply to it too ?"
So I went in my simulacrum and I tested out with my actual Pax Seeker R1, and yes the headshot kills from my Titania's Dex Pixia have 50% chance to create 2 hoomed projectiles seeking for enemy heads.
Not sure if that can be really considered as a bug or if it's a wanted side effect.

You sure the metal-ish part wasn't after mutation?
Well I restarted my game, and you're right it's on mutation.
Incident closed.

Hey there.
Yesterday I bought the nidus deluxe skin collection (including syandana and kubrow skin and armor) cause I wanted my Nidus to have more metalish part on him.
And today I noticed that the leg part, that was metalish yesterday evening, is now matte.

Same here.

Venari never stacked mod sets, like all the "exalted" things, it's totaly normal and not related to the fortuna update. (at least, it always has beeen that before)

Hey there.
As I was using my Arca Plasmor on Mirage Prime, with the Noble Animation set, I realized that the left hand rotation was abit unnatural.
I checked on few other rifle type weapons and that's present on nearly every rifle, but it's more visible on the Arca Plasmor. I tryied to reproduce that position of hand with the way the arm is angled IRL but I was not able to make the same position as the Arca Plasmor. The position used on other rifle is possible to reproduce IRL but it kinda hurt the hand cause it goes a way the articulation is not made for.
That would requieres the hand to do a rotation or nearly 180° from the natural hand position. (my irl hand is stuck to only 90° on that axis)
Sorry for the lack of precision on where is the problem, I tryied to screenshot it but it's not relevant on screenshot, it's better to see it in motion.

To be able to reuse the vehicle again, you just have to get one playing getting inside the lift and return into fortuna.
It's annoying, but that regrant the ability to the squad to use them.
-
Hey there.
As the title mentionned it, the "charge" level of the Battacor (near the crosshair) are visibles during the loading screen.
-
Hey there.
I also wished it would be some alt fire possibilities on kitguns, because I feel like the weapons having alt fires are the best, not because those alts are op but because it brings more variety in the play style.
-
Anyone noticed that when you switch to operator mod, the Orb (the Profit-Taker one) emit noises ?
I've tryied multiple things, and it kinda look to me like some sentient-styled resistant that you have to turn off with amp usage. (but can't go below the 25%)
-
Well, on the previous feedback thread, just next to the stream, I said that I was abit disapointed by the old style of the 4th ability, and also the look too "technological" of the shield from 1st ability.
All I have to say for the actual Garuda is => She's Perfect now ! (except maybe for the crafting requierment, but I bought the bundle so meh, won't have to craft her anymore XD)
I really enjoy a lot playing her, she can turn in so many way of been played, as a Dps, as a tank, as a support, that's just so cool !

[24.2.x][Lighting] Far Terrain Rendering issue (not only fortuna) [Fixed in 24.2.10]
in General
Posted · Edited by Etzu
Hey there.
I noticed a rendering issue since the reployment of Fortuna part 2. But it's possible it's only related to DirectX10, as I had to disable the DirectX11 since the last plague star event when we got the new sky rendering algorythme that increased radically my CPU and GPU load.
I first thought it was fortuna only, some kind of preparation for future addition to the landscape of Orb Vallis, but just few minutes ago I noticed it also in the Index on Neptune.
Infos:
Venus: Orb Vallis 1
Venus: Orb Vallis 2
Neptune: The Index 1
Neptune: The Index 2
The issue is that the Far terrain, which I never noticed before anywhere, is not affected by the "distance bluring". But it's not just that, during the final phase of the Orb Fight, when there is a big white sphere for the explosion, the Far Terrain (in yellow) is in a higher priority Z-Order, so the explosion is behind that Far Terrain on the screen but also the orange area is behind the explosion. (will try to screenshot that, hard to explain)

One of my friend, who also had to turn off DirectX 11 like I did, with a different computer hardware also got this rendering issue, so you might be able to reproduce the issue without needing the same hardware.
