it’s a free to play program now nearing 4 platforms, why would one platform hoard a FTP player base?
even if someone here could answer that, we are not spokespersons for Sony, Micro and Nintendo so its not fair to assume their stance

But these two explanations of updates don’t justify that players can’t cross over with their items
A one time “jump” wouldn’t need a simultaneous update. Simply scan the matching items during the update then move them to the other platform
Someone mentioned fortnite do they allow skin transfer for example

What do they mean by “different update builds” and how is that a dealbreaker?
Right now a 3 day affinity booster is easing/expediting the progression for me.
And although the node opening looks tedious at first, finishing earlier quests is fun because of the voice acting/lore tidbits

Mods are tricky buys as you may be in the whims of sellers unless you use wf market to compare prices
That being said, Prime Continuity, Cunning Drift are excellent for maximizing duration, range
Fleeting Expertise is good for energy economy but you gotta balance it with Prime Continuity
These 3 mods are worth it for the building benefits. The rest can be farmed in Cetus for stacking stats

Today I got an affinity booster, the progression seems more manageable (or perhaps that’s just a placebo feeling lol)
At least the power level feels much better and so I’m only struggling with reopening nodes. Some quests are actually fun to revisit.
POE and its mods open up fast, I feel ready for Fortuna only days in with no money spent. Once I got the good intensify, stretch and streamline my main was set.
It may be worse for completionists but I tend to main so having all frames again is not needed

Great advice
Today I toggled roll on the mouse wheel up/down, secondary fire on mouse 3 & bullet jump on shift to make it easier. Also sprint to cntrl
Now I can perform a backflip on demand by jumping then back + roll (space then S + scroll). All manners of side/jump rolls too.

I lost my console recently and started to play on PC/Steam

Dont let crossing over be a death sentence for Tennos. Especially now that DE is closing in into hosting 4 platforms

If you go to options and toggle sprint on, then shift becomes perma sprint, and any successive shift after that becomes a roll

You will get some anyway by unlocking the chart- Furis and Boltor
Don’t sell Furis because N Loka has a healing augment that’s very nifty. The gun is also very responsive to aiming.
Taxon’s slow beam Artax and Sahasa pet’s energy resplenish are underrated.
More important than acquisition is modding, take a beginner lesson from NeoNess or LifeofRio on YT

I didn’t listen to the slot advice and ended up refarming frames after my frame collection was done, so yeah get the slots
Orokin catalyst blueprints come naturally so I don’t see why, plus you end up selling some weapons anyway so it’s a waste IMO
The classic saturated palette and good capes are worth it for they are used for all.
Thats a good rule to go by, will I use it for more than one item? Or do I main this frame enough to get more skins than the immortal/deluxe

I had steam for awhile now but only played WF there yesterday. So far the graphics in laptop is not bad at all thanks to DE’s settings.
I uninstalled all other games that may slow me down due to their constant updates, but what else can we do for no cost pc optimization?
