We need A BIG OPTIONAL RUNDOWN on the whole game, inside the game.
It would go fine in the codex as a tutorial section with tabs tbh.
It would include;
A list of all tradable items.
A list of all non-tradable items.
A reason why Excal Prime will never be back
How damage works (Impact/Punct/Slash/Toxin/Fire/etc)
How mods work.
How transmuting works.
How ranking mods up work.
How modding works
How element modding works.
How enemy scaling happens.
Reward rotations
Clans.
Alliances
Starchart progression
Where materials drop
Blueprints
Prime parts
Void keys
Syndicates
Quests
Conclave
Dojos
Companions
Status chance and procs
Crit/redcrits
And anything else I may have missed
the codex already informs you about most of this stuff, ppl just dont want to stop and read it, i have spend countless hours telling to the newbies to go and read the codex when starting, they just dont want/care about it, and want you to tell them, hence i dont tell them and go on a mission, and ignore them...
If you want to learn then do what veterans have told you and read the god damm Codex, it is there for a reason, and its not just for the good looks

This game is about colorful ninjas in space killing crazy aliens en mass non stop with neon energy and ridiculous weapons.
Grittiness and morbidness aren't part of the original statement of the game.
I'm guessing being "borderline psychopathic masochists" (and I strongly suggest you find the definition of these words so you get an idea of why you are not) blinds you from understanding the style of a game outside your comfort zone.
You are wrong, we are not killing aliens, pretty much Corpsus is a group of humans, that also are the leftovers of the Orokin, the Grinner are just clones from the same human DNA, they still are tecnically humans, the ppl on the relay are simple humans like you and me, and the Tenno, are the 1 only thing left, we may be humans with void power, the only difference between everyone is the group they are in.
Also the game started on a grim and dark scheme, and it got away from it by removing some stuff and adding other, though when they usually remove stuff its because they want to make it better, or because its giving too much problems (pretty much they cut out the gore and ugly part of Warframe, and they are tewaking it to add it back on a more future update), also just because its shiny and colourful, doesnt mean it wont be as gory as Killingfloor, ever played Darksiders?

That only fits on star citizen not hereHow about adding some sort of penalty to deaths like a frame damage system.
Here are some ideas:
Losing arm - Reduced accuracy and reduced damage from melee
Damaged legs - Reduced mobility
Internal damage - Reduced effectiveness of mods/ability.
Repeated deaths will result in increased severity of damage and can span across multiple mods/ability.

They should place a killing blow animation for enemies kinda like in gears of war when somone is dow you can just bash his head and finish him off, that would add to the grim atmosphere and also explain why the 4-6 revives per mission

Here's my theory on this
If any of you bothered to look at the lore You know that the Tenno were created when the orokin threw some of their citizens into the void. At the time the orokin were huge conquerors that have captured many planets, not just earth
What if some of the tenno are alien?
This would make sense since throwing a human into the void would just give back a similar tenno, but what if..... I dunno, an alien from..... lets just say jupiter that had it's home conquered by the orokin was thrown into the void. The warframe would have to accommodate to that alien's features.
This would explain why certain warframe have some inhuman features, like the fact that nova and oberon have hooves instead of feet, or why some tenno appear to have a awkward head-design that a human would never fit into.
Now do I think that all of the tenno are NOT human? NO but It would make sense if some of them were.
Nova uses heels, really high heels, since pretty much she is well very short, and Oberon also uses Heels, so the statement of them having hoofs is pretty much a lack of information from your part, and the fact that you havent even cared about looking

Think I'd prefer to have that feeling of 'more content' even stronger in U18. Would've said just release it all as one especially just because of the major update being so close.
Problem is hype for U18 overruns hype for Rhino skin, so they release now Rhino skin, you hype for it, next week they release U18 you Overhype, because you are still with the hype or with most of the hype for Rhino skin, AND YOU JUST THROW YOUR WALLET TO DE, and spend all your platinum in Everything they give

The Focus system could be a solution to us not destroying our environments. It is supposedly tied to the U18 lore as well. Maybe we will learn how to contain our energy and utilize it in various ways.
Nah, you could still blow up the Liset, even probably worst since you just gained even more power, imagine sneezing, and BOOM. Not a chance mate, keep yourself locked on your Warframe. I keep myself locked on mine
