Judging by the lack of a giant countdown clock located on the homepage or ANY info regarding the update, I'd say we're looking at a pre hydroid styled update- a warframe, possibly a boss update to drop the parts, and a set of guns. Nothing game-changingly major.
Or the update is not ready yet and we'll see 15.9.5 or 15.10.

Legendary cores and maxed out conditional damage mods. You get more based on the serration rank.
As much as I'd like to see serration grandfathered in, too many players have it and dozens of extras so serration would continue to dominate weapon builds for a very long time.

Lotus is the undying being who leads the Tenno, waking them whenever there is a shift in the balance in order to help maintain it.
Originally described as an organization, the Lotus now is presented as a single individual who has existed since the orokin era, and it likely the leader of the tenno rebellion against the orokin.
The part that intrigues me most is her definition of balance which seems to be that no force is to gain an absolute advantage over the other. I believe that she exists to push a continuous war where each side will continue to fight forever while keeping away things that would wipe them out(the infestation). I believe this is to keep humanity in the state where we evolve the fastest- in war- in order to push or combative abilities to the limit. What all this advance technology, ninja like warriors, and seemingly endless armies of other humans is for is not known for sure. Maybe its to fight off a second sentient invasion. Maybe she is a sentient and plans to take control of it all, making her the most powerful being in the galaxy. Hopefully we learn about the Lotus' intentions eventually

I personally prefer to see people MR 5+, as at that point they most likely have invested enough time to learn the basic mechanics of the game and have modded their weapons well enough to do damage in higher level missions.

As long as I got to keep all my stuff I wouldn't throw too much of a fit, though at this point way too much real life money has been put into the game for it to seem reasonable to reset everyone back to MR0

We need proper cloth physics first, something that they are working on. With that said, I don't think full cloaks with hoods belong, though capes and long cloth scarves are more than welcome... especially if we can get a warframe with a superman pose animation

People miss events all the time. I know I do, and sure I get upset when I found out that X weapons has a wraith or vandal version that I could have gotten but didn't, but seriously, I play to have fun. Not having a gun isn't going to change the amount of fun I'm having. Not having a gun is not going to decrease the amount of fun you're having. If one gun and missing one boring grindfest of an event in the glitchiest game mode of the game is enough to get you to quit I must ask you- are you actually having fun?
As for your 5th point- you are being selfish with this. I'd like to point out that thousands of other players are in your position, and I do not see anyone else saying this. Doing this does a few things including invalidating the effort put into the event by the hundred thousand other players to defend the relays and gain the rewards the right way. It also damages the trust the player community as a whole will have in DE as well as their will to run future events knowing that there is a chance that they will be rewarded anyway. If they start giving away event weapons to people who are throwing a fit over missing one, I can guarantee you that there will be a lot more problems that arise.
What DE could do without damaging the communities trust is to extend the event, which is not likely in itself as a large population of the community is tired of it already, and most of the remaining relays will most likely be lost. In short- continuing the event for the minority that missed it is punishing the community as a whole as the relays would be lost and the event failed.

I like the Liset, though the new star map is annoying. I have no idea which nodes on planets that are locked, and thanks to that I can't deploy extractors on them(I can play on any of them, but the extractor won't deploy, and I'm not going to sit down and run 8+ missions when I probably only need one)

New aura mod idea- "Roller hater"
Prevents rollers from spawning while a player with this mod is present. If any rollers are already present, they will spontaneously combust, unleashing a cloud of confetti and noise similar to that of children who just found out that they got the puppy that they wanted oh so badly for christmas. Shortly after a communications message from a roller with a crown will appear stating "They see us rolling..."
This mod is awarded to players who have been knocked back by a roller 1,000,000 times.

I do not think draconian means what you think it does... Anyway, archwing needs to see more use, though forcing players to use it for a frame that will need hours of grinding is not the answer.
