Not in English. Using feminine pronouns is just as 'correct' - its just the standard *style* has, in the past, been to default to masculine.
In the case of Sentinels, 'he' isn't *wrong*, its just not *technically correct* - its wrong to call a *person* 'it', its not wrong to use a gendered pronoun with a non-person.
OTOH, all the other mods use 'it' - and consistency in style *is* important.
English is a weakly gendered language. This means that there are gender rules for those who are really technical, but everyone else doesn't care as the communication is consistent. Default to masculine, heh.

Cephalons are very advanced AIs. I doubt they are fit to be used as a mass-produced weapon.

I do agree that the login rewards are a bit stale and should be over hauled, but I feel that It is of medium priority, as the manditory mods & Starchart 3.0 are of higher priority. I could see this being fixed with the starchart but I do not otherwise see this as being fixed soon.
Though once you change the login reward something else would become the new baseline, as such I feel that if the login reward granted a player access to a new weapon or frame for 24 hours that acted as though it was a lv 30 un-patatoed item to give every player the ability to find out the feel of a weapon without needing to get it, while giving new and under-equipped players something better to play with to give them a better feel of what warframe is about.

I agree that this should be a thing as elemental combo should be possible with warframe bullet jump mods.

Make Baro sell them really cheap, like 20 ducats. So you can buy in advance how much you think is needed and are, in essence, in control of its 'drop rate' while giving a nice little bonus to Baro's arrival.
I think this would be the best solution now with the forma for ducats solution for the forma glut having been rejected. It should be costed in orokin cells as those drop frequently in the rotations.

The maxim about only having one waifu is actually a truncation of the true maxim. The real maxim is "mortals can only have one waifu per season." This is why the craziest people try to claim more than one waifu to transcend mortality.
In addition, as TheSpookyGhost is not a mortal entity there are no rules stating he could not have more than one waifu.

First power is to op. Also your health stats are problematic, yeah our health scales poorly against enemy damage. No, increasing the values will not fix it. unless those values are for Lv 30 in which case well played.

How was Renegade343 supposed to know it was base 12. Actually who used base 12 anyways? if you need a base over 10 base 16 is loki (master race). base 16 would give 25 as the answer.

Are the Pvp mods ever going to be available in PvE, I feel that some of those mods might be a better basis for mods 3.0.

Seems like a lot of data to hold all of those mod configs, It would almost be better to save the mod configs into the loadouts to make grabbing a certain combined set of tools easier.

As most enemies act the same whether they are Lv1 or LV200+ with the only changes being their damage and durability. I can say with utter confidence that warframe plays fine without mods; as mods only act to temporarily counteract the scaling.
Note That I agree that they do make attempts at refinement, and their process in that regard is getting better. However I do not foresee that the content creation process will stop as a significant portion of the player-base only continue playing because of new content to chew on.

Oh no you have welcomed in the vampires into the system, by welcoming them in. Maybe that was intentional so that you could use their knowledge of the dark so you can get them to pay you the 3 plat to get another revive. So that The Scrublord rises again.

What exactly do you mean by her not being viable because of the Vor's Prize quest? I'm assuming that's the quest you're referring to.
Think back to why Loki was removed (the first and last powers are unlocked luring the sequence before we get other weapons and the quest is dependent on those aforementioned powers doing damage.
