As Nimisha_prime says I think based on the requirement that the open world launcher , check if you've done the quest for the archwing in your codex

Not the best story but was looking at the free games and found a couple that looked interesting. Warframe and I want to say Blacklight: Retribution I think, Tried Warframe for the PVE and the "stealth" , tail end of the founders program kinda regret not getting it now but then vowing not to spend money. Started playing it got hooked on the dark and gritty vibe (how things have changed) Far too many years later - still here and not missing "Super Jump" as a ability

Hi, it's been a while I did this but, I believe there is a specific one you need to scan - i.e. it has three points to scan rather than three random targets. Simaris should tell you if there is a target and when you find it this one I think The New Strange - Synthesize 3 Sanctuary Targets (how?) :: Warframe General Discussion (steamcommunity.com) Hope this helps
