  1. Desecrate often drops health orbs, and when a single orb heals slightly less than 2 casts, and it has unlimited target cap, a quick dash to dead bodies is a full refill. Plus while holding a syndicate weapon that restores health, your teammates will kill enough stuff 99% of the time to proc it before you lose that much health at all. Assuming you position yourself wisely, with a max Vitality (cause the heal is % based) you could desecrate...forever. Well, Despoil I guess, but whatever.

All in all, you can now go even more hardcore farm, or go hybrid and make Nekros much more than a one trick pony.

  2. Just an FYI, it seems Despoil scales off power efficiency as well...23 health per cast at max rank/75% efficiency. Farmers rejoice!

EDIT: Actually takes 13, i did a dumb. More rejoicing!

  3. Idk what's up with your build, cause my Braton Prime can drop level 60 Gunners in less than 2 seconds to the head, which may be an unfamiliar target to Boltor Prime users (unfair generalization, but it's what I usually see). Boltor Prime is go to because as lots of the game is hallways, it's pretty much click shoot dead. It's also a go to "noob" weapon as modding is easy; damage, damage, moar damage. In comparison, Latron Prime, Soma/Soma Prime (soon), Amprex, Synapse, even Braton Prime can seriously out DPS the Boltor Prime utilizing crit builds and headshots. Yes, there are people who genuinely enjoy the Boltor Prime and its mechanics, but it's realistically only locked by MR2 and less than 70 plat, which makes it easily accessible to newer players (plus it's the weapon they see 99% of people blitzing alerts/lower level missions using). Maybe I'm just biased though (Burston/Braton 4 lyfe).

  4. Couple of bugs I've found in the new Tactical Alert:

A level 15 Trooper three shot my Loki Prime with Quick Thinking...while having 350 energy left. Energy amount didn't change at all, I just went down fast. Same thing happened with my first run, Scorpion hooks were downing me with no drain to energy.

Rhino stomped a big crowd of kubrows attacking a trooper, trooper became invincible while suspended in the air (also took no damage from the stomp). In addition, a max strength Stomp did 650 blast against a Scorpion...hmm.

Finally, my Rhino Prime is currently idling with the longsword animation set in my Liset (was running with only Dakra Prime).

There is some funkyness going on here.

  5. Slap a Berserker/crit chance mod and your general attack speed/damage on Bo Prime, then use Clashing Forest (will probably require forma depending on mods). Clears crowds and procs status if you're using dual stat elements like non other. I love using Orthos Prime on Infested though, with Shimmering Blight you're just a walking lawnmower.

  6. Title says it all. Setting aside the glaring need for a buff on the Raktsa (honestly, bumping up crit chance/damage a good amount like 30-40% chance/2-2.5x multiplier would make me happy), why the Hek are these bow based weapons not completely silent? The lore for the Raksta even states it's an assassin's weapon, you know, sneaky, silent people. If the Raksta (and probably regular also) would get more crit stats and innate silence, it would be a fun, sneaky, headshotting machine.

EDIT:Upon double checking the wiki they are silent, but I've seen enemies start looking around for me while I'm invisible and undetected when I fire a shot off near them and don't even hit anything. If this is a bug that's better than being intended, but it would be nice if it could be fixed.

  7. Well yeah, I know about the Phased items and Rubedo items and own a couple of them. But I'm asking for a full Phased armor set that shares the same textures as the rest of the Phased skins. Currently, all armors look pretty bad on a Phased Vauban due to his textures moving and the armor set's textures not. It could just be a re-skin of say the Edo armor set, or an entirely new set of armor.

  8. Art/Animation seemed the best spot to put this. So every now and then we see a phased Vauban, phased Asa Syandana, and although I've never seen a phased AkVasto/Tigris, I know they exist (maybe). IDK if it has to be Steam Sale stuff or if DE would do it themselves, but I would pay way too much plat for a phased armor set so my phased Vauban can actually have a good looking armor set on him (even the prime armor looks meh). Hek, I'd buy more phased anything cause as we all know, style is a scoreboard stat. Thoughts?

  9. I leveled my regular Gammacor barely shooting it when it was woefully underpowered so idk if it does the same, but while leveling the Synoid after forma I noticed the pretty fantastic ragdolling when shooting a dead body...it is incredibly entertaining to go to the ramps between B and C on Cerebus and launch dead crewmen all the way to A. Can we add this for Impact/energy based weapons? Seriously, this is the main reason I use the Synoid. DPS aside, flying bodies is the greatest thing since sliced bread.

  10. It's not as crazy OP as everyone fears it is. Yes, I was tearing up level 30 bombards with no problem with a 35.5k paper DPS Viral/Rad/Mag build, with statuses being decently frequent. But fast forward 20 minutes in my survival, and it was taking 2.5-3 seconds of sustained headshots to down a level 55 bombard, and a solid 5-6 seconds of headshotting a level 62 gunner leech eximus. Anyone who's done high-ish level stuff against Grineer knows 2-3 seconds of zooming in and not paying attention is death (looking at you no scoping ballisticas). For the curious, the mods I was using (all max) were:

    Hornet Strike

    Barrel Diffusion

    Lethal Torrent

    Anemic Agility

    Heated Charge

    Convulsion

    Pistol Pestilence

    Frostbite

5 ammo a second,  80.3% status chance UI gives

    1792 Magnetic

    3225.6 Radiation

    2150.4 Viral

Granted when it critted the enemy in question would go down in about half the time, but the same can be said about most weapons with high base damage.

Overall, i think people are freaking out a lot about this weapon. Yes it is powerful, but I think I may have to trade for the Vaykor Marelok cause the unlimited range, potential for headshot crit builds, status, Justice effect...with the exception of the Raksta, i think Syndicate weapons are pretty decently balance at the moment. i haven't tried the Telos or Vayknor, so hey, what do I know?

  11. As someone who owns a 3 forma one, yes, it wrecks face in close range. Seriously, in tight corridors this thing is amazing. But running Cerebus for rep or even some of the larger Void tiles, I get bent over in half on any non damage mitigation/avoidance frames closing the gap to Gunners and such. In addition, the pin point accuracy is actually kinda annoying; probably cause I go for headshots by default, but against big swarms I always swap to my Braton Prime with punch through. Synoid is an amazing up close weapon, Vaykor can mostly land headshots at 75m and can self revive, Sancti have amazing burst/100% electric proc/can self revive...syndicate weapons are end game weapons (except for Raksta. DE y u do dis). 100k rep gain is a 3 day grind of maxing rep at MR17 to get a single one. Granted I'm in favor of locking them to someone who is at Rank 5 in at least one syndicate (or at least locking the trade, so they don't get boned if they switch syndicates), but I think they are as powerful as they should be. My only issue with the Synoid is i think the clip is needlessly large, but that's just my two cents.

  12. Was on Apollodarus with a group of randoms, at about 13:46 the Life Support bar stopped dropping and enemies stopped spawning. After running around the map for a bit we extracted with about 20 minutes on the clock,  but our final time as 13:46. Anyone else have survival bug out like this?

  13. So people are...divided...over the current batch of syndicate weapons. While there's definitely outliers on both ends of the spectrum, what I'm most excited about is primary/melee syndicate weapons in the future. It's anyone's guess as to what will be syndicati-zed (DE apparently chooses at random (Vaknor Marelok *cough cough*)), but I would love for a Secura Grinlok with a focus on puncture/+5% crit (if it could use the Deadly Sequence as well, happy day!). Probably not gonna happen cause it already has a mod but hey, one can dream. What weapons are you guys looking forward to?

  14. People are gonna start saying "That's OP!" but Rhino doesn't care if he has to wait another half a second to stomp, unless it's T4 35+ minutes. Plus, jumping off a high ledge and slamming Dive Bomb style into the ground (kinda like he does with the Scindo in the trailer) with a Stomp would be freakishly badass.
