  1. If you want to exploit Garuda to her full destructive potential, I think your best option is to mod for power range to maximize the range of your dread heart nuke. The whole goal here is to chain dread heart + seeking talons as much as possible. You probably want 134% power strength with at least 200% power range.

This is the build I am currently running garoodbuild.png

I'm going with a QT build because I also want to exploit Garuda's passive as much as possible. Umbral intensify and Transient Fortitude are here to make me reach above 134% power strength so I get a 100% bleed chance on Seeking Talons. I use Continuity to compensate for the duration loss of Transient Fortitude. It's probably possible to play without Transiant Fortitude if you lower Overextended's level. Streamline is optional : I use it because my energy is both my lifeline AND a major damage source, so when I use my power I clearly don't want to suck myself dry too quickly, otherwise I die. Use the Aura you want. For your arcanes, I recommend Arcane Guardian because there's no steel fiber in this build. Your second arcane is your choice.

This is not a build made for tanking, so consider yourself like a squishy frame : you don't want to get excessively hit because you use your energy both to tank and attack stuff. Keep Dread Mirror always up and watch your positioning. You want stuff to be in front of you, not around you. Otherwise, enemies will slowly drain your energy away and you may end up with your ass on the floor if you try to nuke.

If you need to tank stuff, pop a Blood Altar and sit on it : thanks to the massive power range you should have a lot of room for movement. If you need even more tanking, pop another one : you can generate up to three Blood Altars and the healing effect of each altars stack up. Don't forget to hit Bloodletting to refill your energy because 300 hp may not be enough to effectively tank stuff if you're at 0 energy despite the constant heals (something can still one shot your health bar).

I recommend popping a Blood Altar for energy refill everytime you fall below 300 energy. Just a matter of playing safe here though.

Of course, keep your nukes for group of enemies. If there's just a few lads here and there there's no need to eat on your precious energy.

It probably means nothing, but I managed to last above 35 minutes on Mot until I had to use my first revive with that build (survival mission in the void where enemies deal three times the damage they usually deal). You can expect surviving against level 100+ enemies without too much issues as long as you watch your positioning and keep an eye on your energy.

Rick May, a voice actor best known to PC gamers for his portrayal of the gruff-talking Soldier in Team Fortress 2, has died after contracting COVID-19. His death was reported by the Rekindle School, an independent art, acting, and film school in Seattle, Washington where May was a teacher.

May's game credits, along with Team Fortress 2, include Star Fox 64, Freddi Fish 5, Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves, and Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition. He also served as the artistic director of the Renton Civic Theater and Civic Light Opera, and directed or appeared in over 300 shows including Fiddler on the Roof, Death of a Salesman, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, The Odd Couple, and Cotton Patch Gospel.

  3. Warframe's energy system is already incredibly easy to break thanks to Zenurik, efficiency mods, Rage and many frames who have an incredibly easy and powerful energy sustain. Adding innate energy regen isn't needed at all.

However, reworking energy and power efficiency so anything is based on innate energy regen instead of the current broken stuff we have could be a good idea. Efficiency mods could be replaced with a "increased energy regen" effect. Same for Zenurik and Rage. It would also mean reworking a lot of stuff though, including every single power based on giving energy.

  4. Warframe is a game about farming at core, so if you don't have fun while farming there's no point about playing the game after all.

My protip about having fun would be : don't use exclusively what's meta or faster to your farm. Go for what's entertaining to you. That's how I deal with most of my farm. Even if it takes me one more day to get one thing, if I had fun while doing it, it doesn't matter. For example : there's a reason why I stick with Garuda despite the whole plethora of much, much more powerful nukers around, and the reason is simply that I have much more fun handling Garuda.
