This is the first time this has happened to me. I was riding around and I wanted to see how many resources I'd gathered, and I pushed "q" (gear wheel) and "tab" (mission report) at the same time while on the Kaithe. The gear wheel opens in front of the mission report and I am unable to close it. The "esc" key does not close anything, releasing the gear wheel and mission report binds has no effect. I cannot open chat to try and type /unstuck. All other keys have no effect. I am able to move the cursor around to highlight emotes on the gear wheel, but clicking any of them plays the short error tone you hear when you can't select something.
I was in a solo instance in the "Duviri Experience" node.

EDIT: I was able to replicate this bug within a couple attempts every time I tried. All I had to do was to hit the gear wheel and mission report keys at same time while riding a Kaithe. Here are a couple videos of me doing that:
