If you still cannot get it to work after that, download the non-steam version.

You can find local files if you view properties of an app in steam.
Just uninstall warframe and make sure all of the local data is gone, then reinstall.

Delete all local data and try again.
Or, download externally to steam (from Warframe's website)

I normally do this with Loki+AOE gun (ignis) against infested, in low level survival. Quite easy really.
I don't believe these are particularly hard to get (for someone who can do sorties).

Title is misleading. I wouldn't say this is the best way/setup to farm AXI relics.
Good guide though. I disagree with the table, you are not putting a common label anywhere - if they all have equal chance, they are all common.

PhysX is an Nvidia thing. No, it won't work on an AMD card.

Just make sure your PC thinks that no controllers are connected, and you should have no issues.
I am not sure what the "autostart" folder is called, but I know what you mean, so it's fine. I would make sure that software doesn't auto start.

Do you have a controller connected? I cannot tell from your post what you normally use.
I use a controller and get this issue when the 'look' stick is slightly off centre. Knock the stick and it works fine again.
Mine gets stuck on both X and Y (separately)

From the perspective of someone who is only a week or two behind on logins, I have no issues personally with the current system.
However, it does seem grossly unfair on new players. If there was a way to 'catchup' it would be fine. As in X number of hours in one day counts as one daily login.

This really isn't a DE issue.
Do you experience anything else at all around the times WARFRAME disappears? I know that sometimes a corrupted download (that causes a crash) can do this.
Easiest fix is probably just playing Warframe without steam.

I would imagine, in reality it would just lead to masses of community complaints. There are enough complaints currently just with weapons, but if DE then say that you have to play for 3-4 years to get a frame, there will be chaos.
In saying that, it would be nice to get a frame from login rewards - one that works with the theme of the current login weapons.

As far as I am aware, you have to log out of the forum. Then log back into the forum for it to update your icon.

I would agree with this. Drifting contact is superior to body count (and much easier to get).
As for blood rush, I have found that I get it 5-10% of the Lua spies I do (passing all rooms). If you cannot find it after many attempts, take a break and try again another day.

So, you can see it when you go to your mod console?
I would assume, that the weapon(s) you tried it on were not shotguns (all my shotgun rivens appear for shotgun weapons). What did you attempt to put it on?

No they can't/shouldn't. Why? Because the system would be abused by people trolling.
You can either, run premade groups, or ask them (politely) to wait for you to collect enough. I have never encountered a squad that left when someone asked them to wait so one person could collect more reactant.

If you don't have the weapon, craft it, most weapons are relatively cheap at high level. See if you can make a build that doesn't conform to normal metas. Most organic enjoyment in the game IMO.
I agree, this is fun. There are a few nice weapons that just need a little extra.
What I don't like about this is the need for forma. If you do not have boosters, and don't want to go Hydron/Akkad etc, it takes ages.
Did my opticor, got a nice riven with -CD, wanted to play around with it. Seven forma.

I would say that all riven challenges are fine. Most are fairly easy (not a fan of X headshot kills in one aimglide). As has been mentioned previously, by the time you can run sorties you should have decent gear anyway.
If the argument is along the lines of: I don't have suitable gear to do the riven, that is not DE's fault.
