Search the what you want on the below site, then in game go /w USERNAME message. You should be able to get one that way, 60 plat looks to be what people want for it.

Also not ENOUGH fissures in DEFENSE missions.
I only ever notice lag in picking up the balls if playing as client. Most of the time it is just a simple touch and grab, no waiting.

I have never found a team that did this. In my experience, people don't extract if you ask them to wait for you. However, I understand that other people get this sometimes.
Soluton: focus on getting enough reactant before doing the objective.

If a yellow bleed proc triggered Shadow step, then it would be indiscriminate between sources. Shadow step is exclusively melee critical damage. As in, critical damage when you hit the enemy with your melee.

You are missing the point. You need to check your profile, and make sure that the weapon/frame has not already been maxed. See the below image, none of these would give me MR EXP as I have used them. What I am asking is for you to look at your profile, and ensure you have not maxed them.

I disagree.
Shadow step explicitly states "critical damage with a melee weapon". If the critical strike is not from direct melee damage, there is abosulety no reason for shadow step to trigger.

I feel like you might need to provide more information.
What weapons - had you used them already?
What happens if you acquire a weapon that your profile states you have not used, and level that?
I am not aware of any bugs that would prevent MR EXP acquisition. If you had already used the weapons, you would not get MR EXP from them.

I tested it just now using maiming strike. Shadow step appears to activate 100% of the time.
Yellow slash/bleed effects do not count for it - this appears to be what your first image is showing. But, it is hard to tell on still images, so I could be wrong about that.

The grandfathered original arcane helmets with stats however can't be owned multiple times. You have to give one away before you can craft another. (The helmets are tradeable, their BP are not).When was that implemented? I went through my foundry alt-helmets a week or two ago and was not able to build any helmet I already owned.

If we could pick up an infinite number of kubrow eggs. Less people would buy them. But kubrow eggs are cheap, if I want to make 10 kubrows, I need to buy stasis slots.
I would say, let us pickup as many eggs as we can find. Just sell us stasis slots (and eggs if we want more).

I have 15 or so eggs stored. You just cannot pick up the eggs in missions. Any purchased/alert found eggs just ignore the cap.
I agree though, imposing a limit of one egg does seem a little pointless. I mean, would being able to hold unlimited eggs really break the game?

If you fail to make a selection, you get what you would have if you solo'd it. In that respect it seems fair - you get your reward. You are missing out on someone else's reward (their default one). Yes, it shows that sometimes people miss out on the reward they want. But, there is no reason (at all) someone couldn't have picked one. There is enough time, the timer will have been tested by DE. I do not think DE can be blamed for a player's indecision. Remember, as long as you pick something you want immediately, you on,y have to find one more part. If you are indecisive and do not pick, you have to get two.
As for whether or not it has happened to me? Probably, I do not know, regardless I am not worried about it. Because you learn to make your choice faster. ^I got most things before the relic system was implemented, so I have never really been in a position where there are many rewards I want.

If there are multiple rewards you want, pick one. THEN figure out which is the best. DO NOT select one you do not want, and not change it.

It's not a bug.
Your initial item capacity is equal to your MR.
If you are MR15, your stuff will start with 15 space (30 with reactor/catalyst). Your capacity won't increase until after you exceed level 15 on the item.

Isn't the mission start timer shorter than the relic screen one anyway?
All ready 5 sec, someone hits start timer 10 sec. Relic, 15 sec.

You get a 15 second timer, if you are undecided between two, make sure you at least pick one of those while you decide. The timer is plenty long enough for someone to pick a prize they may want, failing to pick is not really a timer issue.

Just to weigh in: as far as I can see, Uranus is only getting Defense and Interception missions for void fissures (source: I have three months of tracked fissure data).
It looks like Stephano and Umbriel are the nodes used. I would say OP is correct, this does not seem to be based on RNG, only two nodes and missions types are giving fissures on Uranus.
I guess the question is though: why does it matter? We have plenty of other fissures anyway.

Alright, tried my Chroma build displayed above with only melee (Atterax) and Zenurik focus for Energy. Got to 20 minutes without much issue, could have easily carried on for another 20 minutes. I did not bring any healing abilities: I probably would have liked to have life strike on my melee, but this was not really an issue. The one difference I can see is melee weapon choice - personally, I hate Orthos Prime (I think it is overrated junk). But I know that people like it, so personal preference here.
Abilities
I never tried ability 1 (seemed pointless). I primarily used Elemental Ward (I like that it occasionally zapped enemies, didn't know it did that ). I got bored of using Vex Armour fairly quickly - it didn't appear to have much effect. I did try dropping the Effigy for 5 minutes, being able to run faster and the occasional radial stun was nice, I did not notice the armour reduction. Side note: you can heal your shield with electric Elemental ward, health with heat.
EDIT: What I would have changed with my build. I needed more duration on my abilities, it was sitting at 32 seconds, which was somewhat annoying. So, open exilus slot; Power drift into exilus, and Primed/normal Continuity onto frame.

Just help people basically. And play around in captura and simulacrum with friends. Aside from that, just listen/watch videos while I play (read idle) warframe in the background. Then go play something else.
MR24, only with Hydroid prime stuff to level. But it's so lacklustre I cannot even be bothered to farm it.
