  1. A lot of people are just upset of a change... the same people that wanted a change ...

And don't worry.. DE is experienced enough to deal with our antics as a community...

And now that things are easier.... maybe we will find the warframe videogame hidden within farmframe which is really really fun...

  2. Haven't tested archwing yet...

But for farming prime parts.. i was very sick of that orokin tileset over and over, since Ash prime was out i only got one bp.. now i have 2 in one day.. and other parts that took me months to get.. now i am getting them rel fast

Can't believe people want the old way for farming... i couldn't handle it anymore

Of course it is, but there's a line to be drawn. I for one do not want to be forced to destroy nullifier shields just to keep my snow globe up to defend an objective when there are 10 bombards to kill.

Thats were teamwork should pay off

  4. Three 20 mins of Derelict Survival solo... one after each other

One Nova Systems on each run

It was in the morning, and i just woke up and said "i will try farming that piece so hard to get for me today"...

"As a fellow Nyx player, maybe if I point out how this passive hurts her, it will lead to change.

    1. Although DE said the passive occurs after Mind Control ends, there's still the problem that many Nyx players tend to Mind Control an enemy they've already Mind Controlled, hurting her in that situation. I can't explain how much fun it was having a "pet" Eximus Bomard with you for almost an entire mission, but now the number of times that enemy gets disarmed AFTER I Mind Controlled them the first or second time and now it's useless to Mind Control them besides their eximus, which you might not have with a regulr Bombard, but you may have the Mind Control augment.
    2. Again with Mind Control, a tactic that I see players use (or in desperation) is using any ability of Nyx's before and then Mind Controlling an enemy, For example, Absorb is great at knocking down enemies, making it much easier to Mind Control that enemy on the ground, but with the new passive Absorb can disarm the enemy before you get a chance to Mind Control them, thus lowering the simple synergy that Nyx had with her abilities.
    3. It lowers the potential killing of Chaos. I bold potential because Chaos is Chaos, although enemies won't always kill other enemies, they will do so much more with a weapon rather than being disarmed. I remember testing the new passive in a T4 Defense and the number of times a Heavy unit lost his weapon was unbearable because I could see that enemy killing everything in sight if it wasn't disarmed. Although Chaos seem to disarm only a handful of enemies at a time, it still creates unwanted situations where an enemy is disarmed when a Nyx didn't want them to. This also goes back to using an ability before using Mind Control.
    4. Now, a main concern of this passive is pretty simple and all Nyx players see it: it's too similar to Loki. Although we are comparing Chaos to Loki's Augment, the fact that remains is the two abilities are so similar now that it's impossible to tell the difference other than Nyx only being a chance to disarm them. All other Warframes can have similar abilities, like Loki's Invisibility and Ivara's Prowl, but they always have different mechanics that make it the Warframe's own ability, like Ivara being slowed and being able to pickpocket enemies. Chaos was great compared to Irridiating Disarm because it allowed for enemies to kill each other much faster compared to Loki, but now it seems like I'm playing Loki when I use Chaos and I can't change that, and many other players notice it too. Chaos is too similar to Irridiating Disarm and that's a problem, especially when I see many players already calling her Loki 2.0. When Irridiating Disarm was first introduced, Chaos was still different because it didn't disarm enemies; however, it now does, even though it's only a handful compared to Loki disarming all of them, it's still too similar.
    5. After reviewing all the passives, Nyx's is the only one that actually hurt her in several different playstyles and situations, which doesn't make sense. All the other passives can allow for great playstyles, but it won't hurt other playstyles. For example, a Sniper Loki benefits amazingly from his passive, but to other playstyles it can be useless to them, but that doesn't mean it hurts them.  If Nyx received an ability rework, then yes that would make sense, but this is a passive that now requires most Nyx players to completely rework her and change their playstyles for playing her. The only playstyle that benefits from this is an Absorb (or Nuke) Nyx or a Psychic Bolts Nyx, a Chaos Nyx's (who usually uses Mind Control) effectiveness is hurt and is now being compared to Loki on terms of being useful. A passive shouldn't nerf two abilities, not even one. A passive shouldn't hurt a Warframe in ANY playstyle you wish to play them as, instead it should help you in certain situations instead of hindering you on many of them. Yes, there will be playstyles that will benefit more from this passive, but it still shouldn't hurt another player who wishes to play in his or her's playstyle. You can build your build for the passive to be more effective, but should that hurt other builds who don't really need the passive? From what most players are saying, no it shouldn't.
    6. According to the Wiki, " Passives are special traits possessed by Warframes that provide them unique abilities or bonuses without requiring energy" Although this passive itself doesn't require energy, the abilities in order for the passive to be activated cost energy, which is enough for it to go against that definition.

Edit: #1. I recently saw someone say recasting Mind Control on an enemy who is disarmed will make them get their weapon back, I will test this later as I never did since I didn't see a point in Mind Controlling a disarmed enemy. My apologies if this is correct, but even if it is, I ask for people to try and argue against the other points I have made.

Edit: #2 I tested it to see if Mind Controlling an enemy after them being disarmed would make them receive their weapon back and sadly, it didn't. I'm sorry to those who say this passive is a good passive, maybe with your build or playstyle it is, but you can't deny the several problems or cons with this passive."

This is from my previous post and I hope explains the cons to you as a Nyx player. I understand there are benefits to this passive, some helping other playstyles more, but it still hurts several playstyles in which it's unreliable to play as Nyx and frustrating to play her in several situations. I ask that you also test the passive for yourself before accusing others of never testing the passive when it seems like you're not the one who's tested it, or you maybe having problems (which again, other Nyx players have never commented on the abilities ending after besides Mind Control).

    Thank you.

OH... hi..i'm another Nyx main player...it is nice to see one since we are kind of rare...

In the same vein.. it will be pretty interesting to contrast my ideas with yours... so here it goes...

First of all... i think Nyx passive its great.. not game changer in my opinion but when it "procs" its really helpful...my reasons (and to answer every of your points) below...

    Reply to 1:

Its is very rare to have a constant "pet" on any mission be it bombard or ancient or everything else... and the reason is because of enemy level scaling...eventually you will have to let it go for another "pet" as you name them or because they mostly die if you are not focusing on Mind Control, so most of the time you will be switching your pet according to what you need (an attacker, a healer, an aura). Keep in mind that as mission goes on.. more enemies will spawn so if you desire a Bombard Eximus.. you will eventually find a "new pet" with full health and with better level, Even if you focus on strength and use the augmentation of Mind Control ... the main damage dealer (not saying mind controlled enemies do not do damage) between you and your "pet" will always be you.. at the end your Exmus Bombard will be a Bullet Sponge + some aura because enemies do less damage that what the can take, not the other way around.  So disarm its very good in that case because at the end of the duration of the power you will have a diminished enemy with less health and disarmed...remember also that if your Eximus Bombard is disarmed at the begining of the power (if it ever happens as i don't recall any memories of that happening an if happened i would probably switched my target), you can always "liberate" you Eximus Bombard and find another more capable target.

    Reply to 2:

Agree on the first part... that happens because most powers of Nyx are aimed to giving her some "breath" in the heat of the battle... with the enemies not shooting at you, you can carefully look around looking for a Mind Control target, IF your target is disarmed... it mostly means that the most potential threat for you has been neutralized because it will have to chase you and get you to do some damage (thats not taking in consideration auras), so what happens if you Mind Control your target and find that it has been disarmed ... well you can stop controlling it and find another target...remember this passive comes with a chance...i would say a 25% chance based on personal experience.

    Reply to 3:

I have to disagree completely on this one, you know... the main focus of Chaos its not killing the opponent .. its to avoid enemies shooting at you while you dispatch them...and yes Chaos is Chaos.. it means lack of order. In Chaos any capabilities enemies have to damage each other is very low and very negligible because of enemy scaling and you will be able yo kill them quicker anyway.. Chaos or not. You listed an example of a bombard on a T4 defense... and your bombard will be really helping you kill enemies up until a certain level (15 without augment and with strengh and augment 30 assuming  it is a Bombard of the same wave of the enemies, this is just a very loose recall of my experience on the void) ...out of that it will slowly start to decay on DPS ... in another words...you will kill them faster than your Eximus Bombard, that's also because of enemy scaling.. and armor scaling...

    Reply to 4:

Not a concern of every Nyx player.. (i'm a living proof), and its not because i can't see the similarties with Loki, cause you know its a chance disarm on every Nyx power... but saying that both are no different its being loose on perspective...cause Loki has only one power that disarms... a certain disarm with shorter range than chaos... and Nyx has a chance disarm on every enemy (meaning every enemy has its individual chance to be disarmed) on all her powers...

Just to reinforce the diference between Loki and Nyx... (i also kind of main Loki tbh), if you pretend you are Loki while being Nyx.. you will be on the ground for a lot of the mission cause Nyx doesn't have Invis (Chaos and mind Control are good at taking the focus away from you.. but are not 100% dependable on), Nyx has a sorta mobile and uncontrollable decoy in terms of location on the battlefield (both are similar on essence but different on the objective), not any kind of similar thing for switch teleport and well Irradiating Disarm will surely disarm enemies but it has less chance of taking the focus away from you ... of course invis takes charge on that part.. Nyx.. well... no invis for Nyx...

A simple example... Nyx on very open areas.... the bigger the area to cover.... the less chance of Chaos to be effective at taking the focus away from you... cause as the area is bigger enemies will be further away from each other... more spreaded enemies means more chance of Nyx to still be focused by any enemy...

    Reply to 5:

As explained in the other points, Nyx passive doesn't hurt her at all.. in fact its more useful and more practical than say... Oberon, Mag, Loki, Chroma to name some examples...not saying theirs are necesarilly bad... but are certainly more specific of the situation...

    Reply to 6:

Quoting " that provide them unique abilities or bonuses without requiring energy ".... as i said.. it is a bonus... not a defining trait... cause of the chance factor...and well its not unique as is the specciality of Loki... that is true... but it is a bonus... a good one in my opinion... and does not require energy...

Well that was my reply of every point of yours.. not attempting anything else than sharing experiences... i main a fully equiped Nyx from Mercury to Raids and sorties and obviously the Void... so i have a knack of every power of nyx depending on the enemy level...

To complete my idea... i must say... that the main focus of Mind Control is not giving a sorta specter.... in that case better use an specter...Mind control's objective is:

    1) Giving enemies another target to shoot at

    2) Give you a temporal aura.. like healer's.. or electrical...

    3) Insta neutralize potential enemies that can turn the tide of a mission... (Toxic ancient on end game missions, those mutalisk ospreys, bombards, bursas... etc. And last but not least... giving you space to breath from the more dangerous enemies of the bunch of enemies coming at you.... remember a toxic ancient on your side its a toxic proc for the enemy and a Bombard on your side its a unit that will take some enemies to the ground ... meanikng they won't do anything to you for the hole animation tyhat is geting on their feets

That's it.. sorry for the wall of text...and thank you for the chance of discussing about Nyx.

Edit: jeje... with all this i forgot to say something about Nyx' s passive:

There is a reason why Loki is a popular frame.. cause apart from invis... disarm is one of the best effects to cast on an enemy..

Disarm doesn't define Nyx.. its more like a bonus.. not a certainty....in fact you shouldn't hope for an enemy to be disarmed by Nyx...if the enemy is disarmed... well... nice!!!! its more like a cherry on top of a cake...

And ... lets think about this... if Nyx's passive is changed,,, it won't be any better than goddamm disarm...

  6. OP or not... everyone gotta admit that the visuals are annoying as hell...

In a world of Ashes, Tonkors and Simulors. I just understand their existence and popularity.. what i can't tolerate is those earthquakes and multcolor explosions everywhere.. and i say everywhere cause every mission seems to have at least one guy running with Mirage and S Simulor....

BTW i'm the friking god of warframe as everyone on the forums...i just like to play with others... randomly...

  7. THIS PHUCKING ANNOYING LITTLE PIECE OF BUG IS KILLING THE MOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I noticed something, sometimes when you log in... you get the default look... but then you get out of the game and log again.. and it will be change into what you customized...

i do this almost every time i log in... but the moment i forget to check.. and happens... it seems that it only takes one mission for the default look to save into your account...

    and there it is...so..
