Do Strun, Karak and Quanta even have any skins?
I have Day of the Dead on my Prisma Gorgon. And Prova Vandal can use Shock Camo.
Strun has shock, dunno about the rest.

Which ones? I've tried the Strun and Karak Wraith and the Quanta Vandal and I'm pretty sure none of them worked.
From the top of my head I know that Gorgon Wraith can use skins.
Prova as well. This looks more like a stupid oversight rather than a bug.. Prime weapons uses different models, thus having different mappings. There is no real excuse for the rest.

You can't equip skins on different variants of weapons, be it Prime, Vandal, Wraith, Dex, Prisma or Syndicate weapons (Vaykor, Telos, etc). It sucks, I agree, but it's not a bug.
It's actually possible to put skins on Vandal/Wraith and Prismas.

I think it is. Something requiring a bit of thought, nothing more. In time, I hope there will be more balance to the game and by then it will surely follow suit.

My alerts are down as well. I was able to find someone with working alerts to invite me to their mission, but not everyone was so lucky.
We also missed Magicite Limbo helmet yesterday.
Really? What a shame.

all other new helmets have showed up once or more so i don't think this is an exception.
AFAIK The blackout started sometime before the alert came up. If it's the only noteworthy reward it could possibly be rerun, like the catalyst alert a couple of days ago.

Don't worry. You just saved yourself from having to do AW bc the helm takes tellurium.
I actually like Archwing, and I have a nice stack of tellurium in my inventory.
