I feel this is the curse of the free to play model. These D.Trumps are everywhere.
-
I have waited specifically for the wall augment. Fantastic for blocking doorways/tunnels and actually quite good at covering an excavator (triangle "box")
My love of tower defence is enjoying it but sadly the pathing doesnt suggest going around so much.
I would agree that these changes don't feel special or actually valuable (apart from walls imo). Surely the gaze could have been augmented to turn enemies into mini rumblers that kamikaze others or something. As someone who likes scanning stuff, i still wouldn't consider using Atlas to do it.
Titanic rumbler looks cool when it's big but the difference in ability really isn't noticeable. Could it not be a molten lava titanic rumbler that sets things ablaze with fire AoE for taunt?
These augments need more imagination to it :-(

yaaay! L.A.G
Limbo Appreciation Group~
Remember! "If you're not getting loot, blame it on Lag" :D
I do like playing limbo and love his theme but he needs something done with him. Yes, his abilities can benefit the team and some situations but others don't want seem to want it. Even been many times where i've started a mission with Limbo and others just leave. It's sad =(

I just get frustrated with all the shields and osprey mines. Plus all Grineer are easier to headshot; unlike pesky moa

While toying with the new melee mods and building up a large combo in a survival mission, I wondered if i could do this in the simulator. It does get bit troublesome when having to worry about enemies spawning far away and life support. Obviously I then remembered you can only spawn a certain amount of enemies once...
What if~
The simulator had a 'survival generator' option to allow you to just wreak house. For those who want fun chopping enemies to bit without worries of other players wanting to leave, stopping to help a downed person or those just there to loot stuff (or only press 4 [drama]).
This could be a nice chance to include an arcade system where you simply compete for points with other players. What is [players] highest combo, largest crit, survival time and such. Perhaps giving people in the relay something to talk about (or extra reason to go there?)
Another idea would be to build a colloseum where other tenno could watch from the sides. Perhaps paying Ducats to enter and try for a special condition, with a chance to win an old Baro Ki'Teer offer (no.. you don't get to punch Baro in the arena :P )
Pulling from the idea of 1v1 fights in a clan dojo but having it PvE focused. Spectators can't contribute but get to learn others play style or a simple heads up of what they might need before they try.
Personally.. I sometimes just want to blow stuff up or just do a bit of hack n' slash but not do a mission. I'm more of a casual player that has chosen certain stuff I like and doesn't feel like collecting everything. I just want somewhere special to use it. Anyone else out there like this?

The more underused frames tend to have good utility. It seems people just want raw power or something that makes grinding easy.
I reckon the better option is finding a way to get Tenno away from "optimal damage output" and start pairing frames together. Passives when certain frames are together or something so they are more selective.
-
Sad that it wasnt allowed but knew they wouldnt put it in. Similar to the syndicate mods affecting the EB.. delicious but a bit too strong.
-
I am high leveled too and I dislike 4th abilities being thrown around too.
The PvE aspect of warframe attracts a lot of people but those who have played long enough know that team work doesnt often happen.
This isnt something DE can actually fix but you just have to hope those who are over powered for the level, have some restraint and consideration =(

It was nicer when he stuck to cosmetics.
He started with a high bar with the primed mods so we expected more as time went on. He can stay gone for all i care though :-)
-
The vaccum should something that fits into the weapon slot for all of them. I assume a lot of people dont care if carrier shoots or not, they just want autoloot.
With this, make carrier be a support sentinel: it sucks up all ammo, health & energy even if you dont need it. The sentinel will deposit what it holds inside when you need it. Like a flying shopping bag that passes you ammo when you've run out.
Keeps the theme of carrier but allows others to hoover up stuff and be lazy :-)

I kinda see where you're coming from. I've had some good times with my Soma before the prime came along. I had to start again with an improved version and add all the forma and catalyst.
However I did get a Bolter prime before I got the basic Bolter and the Frost prime before standard frost... felt a bit weird.

The two infested moa buggers.. at higher levels they pin you down with goo then throw swarms on you as you slowly fall to the floor.
Radial blind when I can to stop but i swear they snipe on purpose.
-
It's one of those "best defence is a strong offence" things.
Frost can do both defence and offence because the globe stays put. You can even let Clem take care of the pod, leaving him inside. :D
-
A kill/death ratio can be quite important to some people. Yes they generally are buttfaces but keep calm and carry on :-)
However! MR8 isnt low nor is T-bagging him making you look any better!

How is this a feedback thread?
It's a click-bait thread to boost their ego with replies and views :D
Not sold on these two warframes yet but we shall see~

Heyu~
Just a quickie; Could this affect trigger when Shooting Gallery ends rather than when it jumps?
It's a shame when you're on your own and you don't benefit, plus in a group of 4, the last person does not get a flash either.
Not a well used augment I know but I enjoy using it. This little thing annoys me a bit so I thought i'd mention it just in case it's a quick job and you might agree :-)
"Muzzle Flash is a Warframe Augment Mod for Mesa, that makes Shooting Gallery emit a flash that blinds enemies before switching to another player."

*bats Kostadin with a bamboo stick*
Stop that :P -
While doing a Corpus hijack this morning, I was enjoying standing on top of the car while being chased by Moa. Sadly you have to get off it eventually because it eats sheilds.. anyway..
What if Tenno hijacked bigger moving vehicles such a a train or tram? (grineer tile-set has them atleast)
Having players on a large platform fighting off enemies trying to board the train and shut it down (as if capturing nodes). As long as there isnt a train health bar or the need to drain sheilds, I think this could be quite exciting.
Yeah, it's a bit different then rushing to one end of the map to the other with parkour.. but mission types are meant to be different right?
Thinking more along the lines of old school shooters with a fixed camera; endless scrolling terrain but a massive ship above, shooting down.
Or maybe Archwing playing like Starfox.. all players are at a fixed speed on an invisible rail but flying together within a boundary. going off topic but i like the idea.
Think this mission type could be a bit more fun while riding something instead of escorting it?
-
I would personally like to see more Martial Arts .. no weapons .. and I dont mean the Sparring melee.
Grapples, throws, take downs, disarming, human sheilds, proper flying kicks and awesome dragon punches. Obex and Ankryos are good for beatings but it feels more like boxing to me.
+1 for miniguns though :O I think one of the Dev streams mentioned it, mentioned on the animations and how tenno hold weapons. (rocket launcher held on the shoulder and such)

At the moment:
Low levels enemies get killed too easy with warframe abilities. Easy
High level enemies kill players quickly with overpowered rockets/snipers or overwhelming odds. Hard
It would be great if Warframe had a bit more complex algorithm to match the players that joined. Something that adjusts enemy DPS and health pool to match current players then tease them with a bit extra every now and then.

This thread will make it drop sooner. Surely :-P

Free to Play games always have time limited stuff. Warframe just has less of the -in your face- deals which is great!
I'd like to see more because it make my plat feel worth more when i pull out the credit card.
-
However you put it.. It's disrespectful considering this is Free to play. :-/
-
I feel that giving the shield too much will detract his use elsewhere. If he is to be a front-line assault frame, the sheild should match this.
I would have thought the 4th ability should be more offensive.
1st. crowd control. although minor, stuns are nice. Leaves things open for headshots.
2nd. Utility. Mixed with the shocking speed augment, fun for all.
3rd. Defencive. Only takes 3 shields to give decent cover to a pod in a triangle shape. Plus of course mobile cover which make Volt excellent on front lines.
I'd quite like to see Overload turn into something more directed instead of an AoE. Perhaps creates an extra large electric sheild and pushes it forward, shocking enemies along the way in one big wave.
It wasnt until I played with another volt Spamming speed that I noticed just how annoying the FoV was. Also suddenly slamming into walls because there is no warning. Would it benefit from a gradual speed increase maybe?

Not an important one but thought i should mention.
Opening a menu during play then closing again, the warframe continues to look in the direction where you stopped. Only noticeable during a defensive mission really but hey.
