So its a little hard to tell but here its a test I did:

I had to use Creeping Bullseye becuase it fires so damn fast I could not tell the difference.

They stack, how can you tell? the fire rate speed is noticeable. Having different ranks just give you two different bonuses. May be I can try to record it later.

Hmm, I looked it up and I see other players mentioned that they are having the same bug where the scans do not count. No mention of what causes it. Sorry I don’t have anything else to add.

What are you trying to build?

The issue that I find with Novas in general is that they think slow is a good thing all the time. Like if the match just started chances are you don’t need to slow down the gameplay, wait until it actually starts getting harder.

The arcanes do add a lot of DPS so I would recommend getting yourself a set of those.

I think the whole issue is from a loud minority rather than mass spread hysteria. It’s truly a shame that rather than enjoying a new Warframe that fills the void of Excal Prime this has turned into a pissing contest. Either way, I just hope DE does what is necessary to appease both parties and we can move on to actually enjoy the game.

I think the current rendition of those BB guns is at like 29 Fire rate. Last I checked it dumped 156 rounds in less than 2 seconds.

It’s a fun game and addicting too! Save your platinum for color palettes and weapon/Warframe slots. RNG will eventually test your patience. Do play the through the main story quests, they add a lot different content and answers a lot of questions about the lore.

High range mag. Magnetize them, shoot them and if they fall past the globe just use crush. I did that same challenge yesterday.

Lazerskink did make a good point as well. If this were any other warframe, the requests would still be there for those prime helmets to be used as well. This really makes it feel like there is a bit of a vendetta against founders by you and others, which I also would understand, but it's just kind of petty. 

I apologize if it came off as me attacking you, I think I might have painted you with the same brush as there have been more then a few founders who act like petulant teenagers. Like i said, I am ok with whatever makes all the complaining stop. If that means sharing helmets, or the scarf or both then its A-OK by me. I personally would hate to see the founders stuff become available, I support DE for their integrity compared to the field.

Its not the request that bothers but rather the attitude displayed by founders who feel super entitled. Mind you, I have always been 100% supportive of the founders items to remain exclusive and still do.

I've just been wanting to use the helmet with the scarf, and I think it's kinda lame I'm unable to. Does making the helmet available to equip on umbra personally offend you in some way maybe?

You were promised an exclusive item and it’s still exclude. Your Excal Prime was never really better then the normal variant at a base 25+ more armor a death orb passive. DE never promised not to create a better excal.
