  1. Primed streamline was the first primed mod developed. It was created during the massive discussion about "homer's drinking bird" and press 4 to win. Then according to dataminers the devs quickly made primed continuity and released that instead of streamline. Guess what? There is a high chance they scrapped the mod. So please stop bringing it up and whining until it actually appears, if EVER

  2. I noticed you started getting pretty low near the end, when enemy levels were finally starting to get close to 30. Which is pretty much exactly what the others were talking about. As enemy levels increase and TTK increases, the Synoid Gammacor's usability tanks. Either way, thanks for taking the time out of your day to create and upload these videos, I know from experience just how irritating it can be to have go through the trouble of creating a video for a thread just to have people pick at the flaws. Believe me, I know.

No problem, Just trying to aid the discussion. I can see that many players have valid points to make about the issue, so now I'm just lurking in the thread

  3. 1. Of course not, but you will be fighting 2-3 of them while also fighting 2-3 heavy gunners, the odd napalm, and a ton of high level trash mobs.

    2. I was using a build with the exact same DPS you used, the only difference was I had to use the regular pistol ammo mutation mod because I don't have the primed version.

    3. Sure, go ahead. But make sure your test is actually controlled this time with no ammo littered on the ground before hand.

No matter what you do, the SG is going to have terrible ammo economy. The higher you go in levels the worse it gets.

Fair enough, I will do both those tests. the survival and the simalacrum

Survival test done. Never ran out of ammo once

  4. But it really does because it means your test was flawed and thus the end results aren't usable. If killing 10 level 40 bombard is enough to leave me with only 159 ammo (this is after picking up all the ammo they dropped), that paints a pretty clear picture of just how bad the SG is now.

#1 you arent going to fight 10 level 40 bombards alone, that's a strange situation and #2 I didnt even have my max dps build on, I had an even build to show the comparison between the telos and synoid. How about I re-do the level 40 bombard test with my actual dps build THEN we talk about ammo efficiency?

  5. Did you do the Telos Akbolto test first/did you run another test before the one you chose to upload? I ask because there is an awful lot of ammo sitting around before you even started shooting which would certainly taint the results. Going by the kill at a little before the 1 minute mark where you sat there shooting at its head (which is best case scenario when it comes to how much ammo is being consumed) it took you around 40 shots to kill it. So unless you're picking up at least 40 ammo per enemy you kill, you aren't going to be able to sustain the Synoid Gammacor for long.

What the hell did you just try to say?

It really doesn't matter, because I'm uploading a video of a 20 minute t4 survival solo with nothing but the gammacor, and guess what? Never ran out of ammo. Will edit video into this post prob

  6. lad you're using a carrier with vacuum AND a primed mutation, you did pick up an enormous amount of ammunitons and you consumed like 4-5 clips (150*4= 600 ammo at the very least), in a just count how many times you reloaded, if you didn't have any ammo lying around beforehand you would've been left almost without ammo at the end of it, that's simply not going to work in a high tier defense or a survival

Alright bud, I see that you havent actually tested the gun with an ammo mutator. Time to educate you. Gonna do a 20 minute t4 survival with just synoid to prove you wrong
