It's weird that two of three Pc's in the same network work fine and have no chat issues in WF. Only mine has. And they're using standard settings ingame. Meaning standard ports etc. Router is official one from ISP itself. And as far as I understand Steam's EULA it is not allowed to use VPN. So it seems I have to ask ISP.

Have the same problem since years. Had contact to support but felt like asda callcenter and ignoring that I've checked everything. First time this showed up I was confused. Searched for fix but no luck. Stayed to this day.
