Just adding - Frontier Bailiffs (and eximus) from the "Gift of the Lotus" umbra alert today also do not appear in the codex.

The exact same quadrant is glitchy on mine (and only that quadrant.) Although I was pretty sure it started a little while back when I first noticed, I am running Linux and AMD (kisak-mesa), so I chalked it up to drivers. Maybe it isnt.
