Is Exalted Blade affected by melee arcanes?

So, I know that exalted blade cannot equip arcanes, but does it benefit from arcanes equipped on your melee? I think retaliations works, but do any others?

Umbra's exalted blade has no physical damage stats. This is despite normal Excalibur's blade having these stats, and the ability's description saying so in the upgrade menu. This means for example; slash mods have no effect on exalted blade's damage. Video: https://youtu.be/aYAvXV3DyYY
