Frost has an overguard augment for his 4th, but shield gating is generally over rated, its only really needed if you are more melee focused. frost is more of a caster

DE stated that's the goal, but by default expect, especially at X-save launch that none of the accounts will be merged. Only you be able to select which account you be using when you load up

Did you manually claim the drop? its not done automatically
they changed the rules a while back, you need to manually accept the drop for it to count

Did you actively claimed it?
if it was it be in you twitch drop inventory, if so then try relinking the account.
Twitch reworked the drop system awhile back, so if you didnt relink after that change it wont work.

it may be an issue with the latest update, try deleting then redownloading the game again. If you where banned it will state after it checks for hotfixes.
You may want to check your wifi as well.

Presumably you claimed the rifle before tennolive? (im thinking the "ready to claim" may have interfered in the gara prime drop update)
Did you actively claimed gara prime in tenno live or did you go afk and tried to claim after the show?

Cosmetics are not game content though, and the regal aya is for prime frames that can be acquired in game.

you got the notification, did you click the claim button? (its not auto claim). you can check if you claimed it in twitch drop screen. if its states you claimed it but not arrived make a support ticket (it may take time for de to respond due to number)

to note that I got both drops, so it is functioning. Although there may be regional issues.

try relinking, it may have an connection error. makes sure unlink then relink.

did you claimed the item, if shown claimed then it may take a bit of time to deposit.
Complete a mission in game or reset client to prompt a client update of your inbox(may help)

presumably you claimed the rifle in twitch, then opened warframe normally. if you already in you may want to do a mission to refresh the client.
Was your account linked properly?
Try opening a support ticket.
the rifle was for the panels while the gara prime was for tennolive at the end.

Its nothing new we have had Prime access accessories for years, Supporter packs are just a variant/alias of those.

If i understand those who turn cross play off can only interact with those who also turned off cross play (on your platform). Since You would use different servers.
One can always switch it on if you want to trade something.

have you tried from the psn store(out of game), since your using a new coupon (in beta) there might be conflicting issues trying to get plat ingame (between DE and psn).
if i understand the bonus plat will be given when you login through inbox message

It maybe a default response, you stated that the riven is unopened as in you cannt tell the details on it. Its likely the riven itself requires a higher than mr8 to use/trade. or that unopened cannt be traded until it shows a challenge info

one doesnt need to mark medallions as DE made it a universal pickup (one picks it up all receive it). if you witness all of them marked (with waypoint) in one go then it likely suspicious as you can only waypoint one thing at a time.

cross save is not yet implemented, but they are working on it. tune in to tennocon for a likely update.
We dont have details if account merging is possible, but by default expect one account to overwrite another.

It does suck, but unfortunately they have to have someone pay for the plat that was used, otherwise it's basically free to the player and a loss for them as a business. Sometimes support can reverse purchases you've made (if they're cosmetic or something) and work with you to reverse this situation, it may be worth discussing with them further about it. Not all plat is bought directly from DE, you can buy from steam page and scammer/trolls can contact steam to request a refund on the plat transactions. when this happens the plat that was bought is removed from the game, as mention DE can track all plat so if the scammer traded it away the traded plat is removed (as a scammer may exploit the traded plat if DE didnt remove it from the game by getting an accomplice to trade with) a deterrent effect.

Thank you for that info but yeah... its too late.. I didnt know that and now this..
chargeback scam is mostly a PC issue due to steams T&Cs, it seems you do have caring clan members so try not let this bad experience ruin the overall warframe experience.

It takes while for support to respond, making a support ticket is a gamble. They may decide that you may of knownly traded for "bad" plat. as trading plat for an ammo drum is a common tactic for scammers. Or they may refund the plat but this is highly unlikely.
The only advice if your worried about missing content is to buy plat so you balance is not in the negative. That is likely the message support will give you.
Its very likely you are a victim of a scam/troll, DE can track individuals plat and its likely the scammer/troll did something like a cashback or cancelled his bought plat.
In the future, its best to be wary of spending any plat you got in a trade (especially if its a too good to be true trade) for at least 2 weeks. If a trade offer is sus, ask your clanmates if the trade is worth it?

the three syndicates you mentioned are all item based standing, in other words you trade the items for syndicate standing. You dont get standing for the actual bounties

There's also the free way of doing this lol "slot machine". getting kubrows is a straight forward and relatively low grind in game. the only rng is the type of kubrow you get. Unless your the obsessive whale type who like to plat to rush things.
