(XBOX)Oo im Peepin

So on 2 separate occasions now ive mastery ranked to the same level after passing my mastery rank tests. Then it counts as a fail and i have to wait 24 hours to do it a second time... I was already rank 13.... Gotta wait as if i failed test??
