Yes It still continued after. I did restart my game. Would you know what Optimizing and clearing the cache does in warframe ?

I've been playing warframe now for about 150 hours. After doing some trading today I hopped into a fissure mission and noticed that my game stuttered for one second everytime after I killed a eximus enemy. This has never happened before, ever. I've been playing from the morning and literally only started experiencing this after I traded with a few guys. If anyone has any idea what's going on or what I should do, any advice would be great. I'm running a AMD ryzen 5 5600 4060 ti.
