Do NOT under any circumstance tone down the difficulty. No matter what you hear us say, no matter how many videos of us getting railed by these Kuva Liches shows up; if you make them easier instead of us having to get better, I will be very sad at the challenge not being grueling and frustrating.

I'm thankful for all of DE and the awesome product you keep providing, but we do need a hard challenge, Something we cant cheese easily.

HAHAHAHAHAHA do u even warframe bro? we all know thats coming. YOU CANT STOP IT

  2. 1)This may be caused by the fact peacemaker targets center mass of enemies, and at a steep angle it cant "see" center mass , thus it cant target the enemy

2)yea that is a big issue

3)This may be tied to connection/client issues as well, as i have successfully switched to peacemaker from Heavy Gun as a host. )only to discover it is considered "dropped" and i need to wait the timer to reequip, but that has been made not as bad with recent changed to heavy gun mechanics)

  3. The Nerf dosent only affect people that were abusing an exploit to air grind, it effects all grinding since every same trick is deemed copy cat and won't contribute to the counter. Anyone saying nothing has changed has not tried this post hotfix.

Now, the real reason this is a big deal is because trick score grinding is the ONLY way to obtain vent kids rep, and items cost a very large portion of your daily rep cap. If there were multiple ways to earn vent kids rep instead of grinding pipes for half an hr, then it would make sense. There is nothing in Warframe that has only 1 farming source or 1 farming source and no way to boost it's acquisition in Warframe, and thats why this hurts.

But you are wrong in your thinking that Solaris Standing is as easy as you make it out to be. It's only that way for vets that have millions of resources and credits to put into bonds, and many bonds require fortuna resources, so you still need to put in several hours of farming to buy bonds and replenish credits, and even then, 1 purchasing round of bonds will not max out your rep, not even close.

TDLR this is and has always been Warframe/f2p games, time is money, and you trade that currency for ingame items. It can be a bit severe at times, but it is often an illusion created by initial exploits till DE makes it harder, then finds a middle ground. I'm sure once races get added it will be easier to farm rep, meanwhile mourn missing the boat on easy rep grind and move on.

converting my plat to items i can bring with the migration. hope they post a list of items soon. snipetron prolly not gonna make the cut. and its until dec 4.

i dont see a reason why snipetron wouldnt make the cut since it was added long before Revenant update and is available in invasions.

Disappointing Its only untill the 4th, i dont own the switch, but it is on my wishlist, i had hoped to have the money together by christmas. guess i wont be migrating 😞

OP is right, something weird is going on with Ventkid standing.

I maxed yesterday, so waited for syndicate to reset (I'm MR 25, so not my first rodeo).

    20,450 / 22,000 rep

Went out, did one run, getting 3,000 on the way out, 1044 on the way back.

    New rep only 20,654

Went out, did a race right next to the door (the pipes one). Scored something crappy like 2,500.

    Rep still only 20,654

Went out, did two 3,000s and a couple 1ks

Came back in, maxxed at 22,000 of 22,000

Something weird is happening. Would be easy to sort out if DE would just come clean with how the rep calculates, is it 1 to 1 or is Ventkids rep a portion of trick points?

From what i am reading on reddit, standing is 1/4th your trick score, s oyou either need to be good at math or constantly check your mission results screen before leaving

  6. Not sure exactly, I know the races have leaderboards and the races are currently under construction (DE is stress testing it) and rewards and improvements will be made at a later date, so I don't know if we are bugged and not receiving our leaderboard score as rep, or if we aren't supposed to get it as rep to begin with.

I legitimately do not understand what you are saying here. They think they know what they're doing because... what??? They achieved that level of content through speed leveling??? What on earth does that even mean??? And yet I get a vibe that this is the crux of your entire position.

What content are they doing that they only got to by "leveling stuff up at Hydron and not learning the game"???

Let me rephrase then, because players have access to content they think they can handle it. Because they speed leveled thier way thru gear, rinse and repeat, they never invested the time to learn the gear or how to mod it, or even spent the time in the places to earn the mods needed to mod it properly. Because they spent most of thier time sitting in a corner in Hydron, they never learned parkour, basic damage mechanics, or how thier frame works. Then when Tactical Alerts come like Phoneix Intercept, One Thousand Cuts, Hallowed Nightmares, new missions like Arbitrations that test a players knowledge of bringing the right tool for the job and wielding thier gear properly find these players unable to handle it and confused because they dont understand why.

This is just silly, what exactly do we learn slowly leveling generic polearm #12 vs. playing with another weapon (maybe even another polearm) that we enjoy using, have already invested a lot of forma in, and possibly have a good riven for? Chasing MR is a bit silly sure, but it's what there is to do between updates. There's what, 466 things to level in WF, you can hardly blame people for wanting to passively level weapons that don't click with them (like the Pupacyst that I took to Hydron to level from 25-30 yesterday so I never have to use it again, it's ugly and seemed meh).

No I dont blame people for wanting to easily level up the amount of stuff we have, but it breeds a lack of knowledge and laziness of the game. 2-3 years ago when a new player joined my clan or i hit it off with one in a random mission they wanted help on missions and wanted to learn about the game, now all i get are "can you level me on hydron" when i do oblige instead of actively participating in the mission, they sit in a corner moving in a circle.

I DO feel that there should be a late game method to speed leveling for all the times we have to continually level one item to fit all the mods we want in it, maybe make tier 4 spy missions grant more affinity per hack so you can half level a weapon in one run or something. That would be a mission that teaches skill/requires interaction if new players try to leech it.

The proof is in the pudding, there is nothing more absurd then watching 6 Mr20+ players cycle thru Arbitrations in the first 5 min because they died right out the gate, or the mission taking absurdly longer or even failing because they all brought tanks instead of the right frame for the job. It should be a reasonable expectation that players that have gone thru 80 percent of the content to get to mr20 should have a clue on the game, but they dont because all they did was speed level it by sitting in a corner on an xp farm instead of using the gear and seeing how it works.

  8. I thought if you were over the storage cap you just cant get new ones from sorties? Not being allowed to play them at all is news to me. But yea, i feel your pain. Originally i had set out on a quest to riven every weapon and make every weapon the best it could possibly be. Then i hit 90 rivens and it wouldn't let me buy more slots and found out about the cap. Ever since its been a delicate dance between transmuting rivens for weapons i dont use that often and trying to sell off duplicates for meta weapons before i hit the cap. When the day comes where i have to choose between a new riven and one for a weapon i like to use and have already incorporated the riven into the build is going to be a very dark day. Hopefully DE will address this issue and rais e the cap by then, who knows. With a cap on the riven capacity it really dampens the excitement about getting new rivens, instead of "oh boy a new riven" its "great what do i have to get rid of now". On top of that, maybe it will cut down on the absurd prices that drive the riven market (which may very well be the underlying reason why DE has refused to address it so far instead of the data storage issue)

You just said you go into a public game to help players, then get upset when those players mess up. How contradictory can you be?

If said Spy mission is one that you do not wish to lose in, then you solo it or play it with friends, right? Even still, those friends might mess up. YOU might mess up. It happens.

But - again - you just said...

So what are your REAL intentions here?

I find people like you hilarious, you cut out what you cant argue against, and then pick apart what you think you can argue in a derogatory way thinking you have won the high ground.  *asking if everybody knows what they are doing, getting a yes* Implies that everybody understands how to complete the mission successful, so there is no need to help anyone and to proceed with getting the mission done as quickly as possible. They then mess up because they dont know what they are doing and are completely out of range of anybody able to help them. These people THINK they know what they are doing because they have achiieved that level of content thru speed leveling, and THAT is what i am upset at, not that they messed up, S#&$ happens. Just the other day i hit the wrong button on my keyboard and set alarms off, but i got thru the mission successfully because i knew what i was doing afterwards. And why should i be forced to play solo because players are too lazy to learn the game? That sure dosent seem fair.

  10.  Synth set will help with sentinel survivability, and possibly replace ammo mutation for the few weapons that need it/Not make ammo replenishment a carrier exclusive, increasing build diversity.

The Kubrow set is lacking to me, i dont see myself ever using it.

Kavat set, now that i am ready for, Looks awesome cant wait to use it.

And in terms of mission failure, Operator mode is sufficient enough for any difficult rooms that your "Rhino" can't sneak through. Frankly, I often don't even bother swapping to my Ash loadout for Spies. I'm literally too lazy to click, what, 2 or 3 times just to have him loaded out for a Spy Sortie when it's not even needed at all.

Warframe is a one-man show. More times than not, a mission consists of one guy destroying absolutely everything, and everyone else struggling just to find enemies. And in this extremely common scenario, it doesn't matter if these 3 other people are "primed & ready" with killer loadouts and all the know-how in the game, or if they're leeching newbies with level 5 frames and level 12 weapons. Not to mention, as long as the mission type isn't Interception or Spy, these people can't even lose the game for you. You don't NEED them! So why is it people like you are always so up-in-arms against the Hydron farmers, or the whatever leechers, or this & that, yada yada?

Operator cant void walk thru security barriers, theres a difference between being good at spy so you can use anything and choosing the right tool for the job to reduce risk and time spent in the chore that is sorties.  Theres nothing more frustrating then choosing a pub squad to help out other players, asking if everybody knows what they are doing, getting a yes, splitting up for the vaults, then a rhino rampages thru a spy vault, trips alarms and then cant hack his way thru it failing the mission.

For general star chart missions, yes, warframe is pretty simple. Thats not what why we are upset about people leeching/rushing thru the game not learning basic mechanics. When those same players enter Tactical Alerts, events, Arbitrations, ORGANIZED Edilon hunts and dont have the gear or clue on what to do, then dying, needing to be revived/babysat to keep them alive, not contributing to a mission that IS a team effort and ultimatly dragging the mission out far longer then it needed to be or even worse, failing it, THAT is what upsets us, THAT is what makes us turn to the rushing mentality and say, its wrong and needs to stop, because that is the time we DO need them. On top of that, Warframe has always been a game where the older generation of players teaches the new ones. The Draco farmers influenced the Hydron farmers, and the Hydron farmers are starting to influence the next wave of players. This degrades the player base into a group of mindless cookie cutter players that cant think outside the box and dont know what they are doing, further making team play difficult and time consuming, making vets just turn pub play off and stick to thier own inner circles, further killing the game. Is that the Warframe you want to create? Because I sure dont.

If armor scales aswell would this make rhino's iron skin good at high levels?

Or since strengh is at 100% it would be useless with lvl 100 grineer?

Edit: and about weapons, does it scale only damage? Or crit and status are raised aswell?

Rhino specter only refreshes iron skin randomly, since thier HP already exceeds player EHP, survivability isnt a real concern, its better to pick frames tat have DPS/CC abilities like Hydroid and Khora. or support abilities like Trinity and Harrow.  Only damage seems to be scaled for weapons.

    https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Specter_(Tenno)

  13.  health, armor and shield scales with the mission level at the time of deployment similar to regular enemies, meaning thier effective health will scale far past yours. (So if you deploy a specter at the beginning of a level 20 mission, you will get a level 20 specter, 1 hr into the mission when you have level 100 enemies, redeploy to get a level 100 specter} specters utilize the Warframe and weapon's base unranked statistics then scale them according to the Specter's level and the grade of spectre. (Cosmic will deal more damage then a Vapor)

High base damage Hitscan weapons are preferred as specters cant lead targets, Bows are the only exception as they fire fully charged shots and have pinpoint accuracy usually dealing headshots, or AoE weapons like ignis, amprex and arca plasmor that will spread CC status affects over an area. Specters have unlimited magazine/ammo pool so weapons with small mags are not a concern.
