I'm having the same exact problem. It says "Unable to initiate a trade with [Gamer Tag here] due to platform or Cross Save mismatch. Only Cross Platform Save enabled accounts can trade with one another and trading is restricted to the same platform if Cross Save is not enabled.". What gets me is that we're both on the PS5.
