  1. Someone will eventually upload them on YouTube.

Maybe, but it won't have my frame. I'd much rather have them repeatable afterwards.

I dont think you can replay it

But i heard DE will be finding a way to make them replayable, and i hope it is, because

    Hot dang this was awesome

Hope so. Until either then or I'm able to record at something above 5 FPS, I'll be sitting this one out, probably.

  2. Ayyyy, welcome back. We should play together and totally overplay the game in preparaton for another 8 month break before we get interested in it again! I'm already very experienced in the field of getting bored by playing too much too fast.

  3. Was excited until I saw the 500 hours. I may be a Founder, but I pretty much overplayed this game back then and am just now getting back into it. I've figured most of the new stuff out and love helping people with what I can, but I'm still down at 428 hours, so no official title yet. D:

Bet I can get there prety quick though, I guess. I've already logged 46 hours in the past 2 weeks. Maybe by the time I do there'll be another recruitment wave. :D

  4. I considered lore above all else, since I never cared about having the best weapons (hence why I still use my skana prime and lato prime over any other weapons). I supported Alad in the event, expecting that no matter what he does with the information, there will be a larger impact on the system than there would be helping Nef. Helping Nef really only had the outcome of a fully-infested Alad (Or non-infested Alad that hates us unconditionally, if he finds a cure on his own somehow), and having Alad as the bad guy YET AGAIN wasn't very appealing. On the flip side, Alad's outcomes were many. He could actually have a cure, and possibly turn to our side/neutral, giving us info and items, plus with us having the cure, there could be whole missions types dedicated to rescuing/curing people that are not yet fully infested (Really just rescue missions, but with a special premise for you lore-lovers). And if there was no cure, then Alad would become more infested anyway, only whatever info he got could have made him a much more interesting enemy, and at the same time, since we have the information as well, whatever he does with it we could reverse engineer (most likely in a totally new event, since it would probably be quite large). Either way, the outcome would have been either the same, or more exciting, if Alad won versus Nef.

tl;dr Some people actually do care about the lore.

Also, on the topic of Gradvius, sure, we knew the "outcomes", but the fact is the outcomes didn't affect anything. The Lotus can tell us that "we saved the Tenno, but the colonies were obliterated", or "you saved the civilians, but your fellow Tenno were lost", but we don't SEE it. Once the final message is sent to your inbox, it's never acknowledged again. And there's no sign of what even happened during it. It's all "morals" here, and "morals" there DURING the event, but the moment the event's gone, so are the moral choices. "Congratulations, you saved a bunch of Tenno who, for all you know, don't even exist in the first place because you have never and will never see them or see anything that they've done."

That's worse than no moral choices at all.

  5. Well... that's even more promising, actually. I have a feeling he will play a big part later, and for whatever reason I'm expecting him to be on the good side of it.

Heck, I'd say that's more promising than the winning message, actually.

  6. So, I realized after getting on to grab my karak wraith that Alad's message is super chill, and actually almost NICE, in a way. Possible benefits from him in the future, maybe?

Or has every event ended with a semi-nice mail message like that and I'm just forgetting because I'm a scrub?

  7.

Hey there, Liza-- I mean, uh, Tenno...

My name is Lucas and I'm the voice of the reworked Tyl Regor in the "Tubemen Of Regor" event.

I want to start off with a hearty "Thank You" to all of the posts, tweets, threads, fanart and YouTube videos you guys have made in support of Tyl Regor's voice and performance. I was first alerted to their presence on the Warframe forums by the Sound Team at DE; and after an hour on the forums (yes, it took me an hour to find all the stuff you guys wrote!), I started searching the rest of the Internet ... only to find Reddit and Tumblr and hosts of other sites going nuts about Tyl Regor!

It's very humbling to read your kind words and I'm very happy you guys like Tyl Regor. But be sure to give some major props to both the writing team (for the wonderful lines) as well as DE_George and the rest of the Sound Crew at DE (for their sound effects, editing and vocal direction they gave me)!! These guys/gals are the real reason Tyl Regor sounds the way he does.

So, once again: thanks, Tenno. You may not be the lizards I first made you out to be.

    Regards,
    Lucas Schuneman, The Voice-Acting Ninja

P.S. if I'm allowed a bit of shameless self-promotion, be sure to check out my website, Twitter and Facebook page to stay up-to-date with any new voice-related goodness!

Please do more of him. He is absolutely my favourite character in this entire game. Just so chill and everything. Like our destroying his labs was like us blowing wind on him. Not a care in the world.

  8. I decided on supporting Alad simply because supporting Nef couldn't possibly add anything decent to the story, instead just most likely promising us a "Super Mutalist Alad V Assassination", because oh boy, that would be fun and exciting. Supporting Alad could have a bunch of much better story extensions, depending on if he's telling the truth or lying.

  9. So the weapon issued doesn't have anything to do with which side wins but which side you support?  I thought that whichever side won everyone got that weapon?  Maybe I'm just lost...lol.  I wasn't around for the gravidius dilemma so I'm not 100% on how it works either.

The side you support only matters in a galactic scale, as whichever one you support has that much more chance of his weapon being the reward. On a personal scale, however, your support has no effect. Whoever wins, you get the weapon. Doesn't matter if you supported Salad V in all the current conflicts, or if you supported SgtNeffleupagus in every conflict. Whoever wins, you get the gun.

  10. If you are 3/3 for (for example) Alad in the conflict, and Nef wins the conflict, you still get the 1/4 for Alad for the overall event, and Alad's battle pay for the conflict.

If you are 4/4 with Alad for the entire event, and Nef wins the entire event, you will get Nef's Dera Vandal, even though you sided with Alad overall.

As extra information, just because why not:

If you are 4/4 for Alad overall and go 3/3 for Nef in a conflict, you will be shunted down to 3/4 for Alad overall in the event.

  11. Yes, you're done with this event. Running furthee conflicts will of course give you their battle pay.

That means that someone run this event on this account. Either you or someone whom you gave log in info. I highly doubt that there is a bug here.

If you want to be sure you can ask support, they should know which invasions you finished, so when. And perhaps they'll know if your account has been accesed from other than usual location. But they'll probably not respond before event ends, the have quite a lot of work.

It's definitely a bug. I have it. Same everything. It's even on Nef's side, like his is as well. However, if you click on the tab in the top right, while in the navigation menu (the tab that holds every "mission", I.E. alerts, tac alerts, quests, events, etc.), it shows my true stats, which so far is 3 runs for Alad. It's just a simple UI bug, is all. Nothing more.

EDIT: I got on just now, and after it updated, the UI for the event is slightly different, and the bug is gone.

Oddly enough, I had originally only run the mission 3 times, which would net me 1 battle pay. However, the game tells me I'm at 2, which would be 6 runs, and has also given me battle pay for both my 3 runs, and the other 3 imaginary runs. Not complaining though.
