  1. masters get such high MR it actually overflows and you end up with -1MR

What happens to grandmasters then? o.o

Also, they're gonna have to cap it out at some point. If they were to make you able to rank up forever, then some people would have a chance at a much higher rank, due to all the discontinued weapons that exist. Which also means that console players would be massively behind in max rank if there was no cap, as they missed out on much. I can't imagine how much more they'll have to add to the game before they're able to hit the rank 30 mark though. That's a lot of potential items.

  2. Give me all of your forma please.

No really though, give me your luck. I'm getting mocked with orokin cells galore, but I've only gotten 3 forma BPs in the past few weeks. It's gonna take a lot more than that to max out 3 different weapons and a warframe. :c

  3. It's already there.

All this players-helping-players stuff aside, are you looking for a legitimate professional graphics designer? There's definitely plenty of people on this forum who fit the skill level, but most of them aren't actual graphics designers at all. Then again, most of them do it for fun as well, and don't usually ask to be paid for it.

  4. Basic premise of Helmets and their Arcane variants:

Helmets are visual overrides (obviously). You go to the Arsenal screen, then to the appearance tab of the Warframe that the helmet belongs to and equip the helmet from there.

Normal helmets that are dropped from alerts right now are statless, and are purely visual changes. However, your boyfriend currently owns an Arcane variant. An Arcane variant is a helmet that slightly modifies the stats of your Warframe. In the Loki Swindle's case, it increases power range by 15%, while decreasing maximum health by 5%. The Arcane Helmet is still equippable in the same way a normal helmet is, the only difference is the addition of stats.

I believe that in the marketplace, you are able to buy blueprints that can turn Arcane helmets into statless helmets, however you will never be able to reverse it, so chose wisely before you decide to/not to swap it for a statless.

  5. Doesnt matter about time played, i saw a thread of a guy wanting a refund because he bought a color palette and didnt use it. This is the same thing. Who clicks on mouse without paying attention. Do you put your foot on the pedal without looking? Also time played has nothing to do with this.

That's entirely different. He knew exactly what he was trying to buy, and he definitely wanted to buy it. He just didn't end up using it. But the entire purchase process for him was 100% deliberate. This isn't. He bought it on accident. I've bought plenty of stuff on accident, usually by trying to buy something right next to it on the menu, or mindlessly trying to exit the buy screen but not paying attention and clicking buy instead.

I ended up rolling with most of it since I felt like my platinum was nearly bottomless when I got my grandmaster. Turns out it wasn't, of course, but I probably wouldn't have gotten more than one item refunded anyways, since, like Lord said, they usually only do it as a one time thing. But yet, if you're even slightly distracted, it is possible for an accidental purchase to happen.

Also, when you say "Who clicks on a mouse without paying attention?", I can guarantee a ton of people do. Not everyone is like you and apparently puts all of their focus into each and every mouse click.

  6. I think the Mara Detron is the most fun personally. The huge kick is wonderful.

    DPS isn't everything.

Mention that in a relay and everyone will try to tell you why that's wrong. Everyone seems to think we're looking for the most powerful weapons, and if we're not, then we're terrible noobs.

  7. Okay, so I figured I'd make this into it's own post, just to make it easier to find. Looking through the wiki for this info can be mildly confusing, especially for new players, so I simplified it to the major points down below. There's also a few pips down below that aren't directly barracks-related, but are still somewhat related.

*Anything marked with bold and italics is partially guesswork, as the wording of the wiki can get confusing, and isn't wholly clear on the information that is marked. So anything marked should be taken with a grain of salt here.

    - Barracks are a room that you are able to build in the dojo. Their sole purpose is to raise your maximum clan member cap, and in doing so it raises the resource/credit prices for researching/building dojo-related items, to scale with the maximum amount of players you can have in your clan.

    - Barracks go in order of the following:

Ghost (default, no barracks) - 10 members

    Shadow - 30 members

    Storm - 100 members

    Mountain - 300 members

    Moon - 1000 members

    - Barracks are permanent upgrades, meaning if you build a shadow barracks, and change your mind and remove it, you are stuck as a shadow clan. It is completely irreversible, and I don't think even support allows the reversal of a clan upgrade.

    - When adding a higher tier of barracks, you will need all of the lower tier barracks built. AKA if you wanted to build a mountain barracks, you would need a shadow barracks and a storm barracks already built. Should you remove them, you will have to rebuild them before you can continue to add higher tier barracks. As far as I can tell from the wiki, since barracks upgrades are permanent, you are free to get rid of all of your barracks once you have reached the tier you want.

    - Non barracks related: All resources used to build a room go into the clan's imaginary "vault" when a room is deleted. Should you rebuild that room, it will use those resources instead of you having to commit new resources to it. This DOES include any platinum used to speed it up as well, according to the wiki (verified by other players).

    - Anyone in your clan with the role of Treasurer is able to manage the clan's vault and set the vault's resources to take priority, so that when building a new room, the room will automatically take any resources it needs from the available stockpile of the vault before it asks for players to donate their own resources.

NEW INFORMATION - The resource cost increase does not apply until the barracks is fully completed, meaning if you've not fully funded the room and you cancel it, you will still be the previous clan tier. All resources used in the funding process will be returned to the Tenno that donated them if it is canceled before construction begins. Please note that once a room is funded, it cannot be canceled.

All of this info is available on the warframe wiki, and while it's all nice on there, you have to somewhat search for what you're looking for, and it's also split between 2 pages (below).

    http://warframe.wiki.../wiki/Clan_Dojo - (vault)

    http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Clan - (barracks)

http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Organization_Rooms - (barracks subsection, new information)

(Veterans please, please tell me if anything is wrong. I got all of this from the wiki, but god knows I can misunderstand things, so making sure I'm not screwing anything up here could save some newer people some serious headaches.)

Thanks to Azimuth64 for some clarification in the new information!

  8. Looks really nice, but it looks like it would suit Hydroid more with the tentacles. I don't exactly feel a "dragon/seapony" vibe from it.

on a side note: does it look like Abbadon from GuildWars to anyone else? http://www.blogcdn.com/massively.joystiq.com/media/2012/08/bhot04.jpg

SEAPONY? CHROMA IS A DRAGON, AND ONLY A DRAGON.

But really, this does feel a bit more like hydroid to me. Maybe make the "tentacles" sharper, to look more like horns. Maybe less of them too.

  9. I have so far everything that can come after you listed, yet none of them have ever even tried. It's silly. The stalker in particular is being a sissy about it. He's messaged me about 30 times in the past week, yet he won't show his face.

I don't need any of his weapons or anything, I just really want to bash his face in.

  10. I really, really love this. So much. I'd join your clan if I didn't have my own, just for that sexy picture on my shoulder.

Careful going too deep with the details though. Remember this is gonna shrink down to 128x128. If the lines are too thin, they'll just disappear. (I'm sure you know this. You've definitely done art before)

  11. I don't have the game on XB1, but I'll gladly attempt a simple emblem. I've gotten plenty of charity today, with someone giving me a prisma gorgon nearly for free. :3  You just want a simple tribal-styled Hate Weavers? Any symbols behind/around/above/below it?

    EDIT: Tenno'd XS
