Steel Path XP didn't count and profile problem

Hello I got steel path mastery point problem and my mote amp didn't show max level in my profile ,Steel path XP didn't count my mastery point. My steel path progress 246/246 my Steel Path XP 21519/27519 .. can u help me fix it ,thank you I done all my weapon and frame.. should be legendary 4 plz help thank you
