The game loads infinitely when going through a load zone and the GPU particle level will not change from High. New update made the game literally unplayable.

I cannot load into any mission Steel path or normal every time I try to load into a location from my orbiter I get stuck in a infinite loading screen. The location doesn't matter it just loads forever.

Having an issue where every time I load into or out of a mission or start up the game it resets my GPU particle level to High.

Steel path doesn't seem to load for any mission, I just load in infinitely. Normal star chart works fine.
