Melee 3.0 quick drawing weapon

I though that would be cool if we would equip melee weapon to hands after doing charge attack.

That way we would have charge attack in non melee mode and a nice alternative to switch weapon to melee.

Only problem I have with this idea is, how would we perform a charged melee attack from guns?  Just by holding the quick attack button?

I know, Melee 3.0, and I don't know much of this new system, but I'm actually curious.  Otherwise, though, that'd be a nice idea.
