0 (XBOX)D34thst41ker Posted October 10, 2018 Share Posted October 10, 2018 Head towards the door on the left side of the picture, but stop before you actually go through it. Look to your right and you'll see the stairs going up to the upper level. These stairs don't take up the entire width of the indentation they're in, so you can go around them to find a breakable grate underneath them.
