Titania's Lantern should stationary

To be honest, I like being rewarded for using it in a hallway, and I like making enemies hit the skybox in open-air maps. So I would really like to keep it the way it is. Maybe adding a toggleable part to it would somehow be the answer? To toggle it between stationary and free floating?

Limiting an abilities viablity to only a select amount of locations doesn’t help it.

Also I don’t see DE adding togglable effects for abilities anytime soon.

But there's already lots of toggled abilities, AND there's abilities that do different things with different modes (i.e. Vauban's traps, Khora's Venari commands, and Ivara's Quiver).

Why not just give titania's lantern the same kind of wheel function?
