paracesis is broken

yea the paracesis is bugged when you only forma it once don't know if this is supposed to be a feature or something but its making me question if i should continue formaing it . when placing a prime mod in the formad slot it actually reduces the stat that the mod should increase as seen in the screenshots https://imgur.com/a/30co3Ty

This is a known bug. once you have 5 formas on it, it will go away. This is because the listed capacity isn't it's actual capacity (you're suppose to get 2 per forma up to 5. 4 if you have a catalyst installed) and DE never put in a limiter for 1-4 formas. if you lower your drain capacity it will go back to working normally in the meantime.
