Audio Bug on loading screen

I tried to load into Maroo's bazaar to do the weekly Ayatan statue alert, the loading animation never ended and it started playing a bunch of voice lines, I think these might be for Fortuna.

I had exactly the same problem, but DUDES this almost damaged my hearing, seriously I had game on low master volume because of discord, and those voices blasted into my headphones with MAXIMUM volume and you can not imagine the pain ..... Get this fixed before someone from westland sues you.... I also have video record, it is in same mission, after Ayatan mission / during loading scree, and game got stuck / freezed on loading screen

put video to 2:40 so you can hear game volume and wait till 2:56

Both videos shows getting stuck on infinite loading screen with audio bug. Hoxfix 23.10.5 shows this as "Fixed", but instead it looks like this hotfix only muted this problem. With full screen alt+tab with Dx10 or Dx11 enabled, I still randomly get infinite loading screen as of update 23.10.6.
