How about a silencing mod? Since there are weapons which can alert so many mobs at once, why not have a mod which dampens the sound like a silencer

 

Please give feedback, I just want to know how it will be like if we did have one

15 Energy , 3 Levels that each increase silence by 33% because unleveled silence is not as silent as leveled silence (Again: Finger --> Logic)

half seems a bit too much (think of Snipers, they don't have enough clips to survive if you reduce each shot by 50%)

so maybe each level increases the silence and reduces the reduction

Without a *large* cut in the damage that the weapon deals this mod would render any of the 'stealth' weapons mostly worthless, especially once the stealth improvements come around (hopefully sooner rather than later).

Also, I think that it should be limited to Pistols and Snipers. Why? Because having something like a silenced Hek would be bit overkill, again that is unless the damage was cut by a sizable amount.
