Buy? Wisps are very easy to farm...I suggest you do that instead...

With a bit of pushing you should be able to get the wisps within a night cycle. and sentirum has never really been a issue since the drop changes quite a while back.

If you should invest in ANYTHING then I suggest picking up a 3 day double drop booster and farming both.

I got a resource doubling booster for login a week ago and used that to farm 140 wisps in 1 hour and 15 minutes (portions of 2 night cycles).  Buying wisps is silly.
