mastery points not working

ive noticed the mastery points aren't moving, after I made mr 13 it stopped. any ideas

Mastery only increases the first time you level an item to 30, with the exception of custom built weapons like a Zaw or an operator Amp. Those increase mastery only after they have been gilded. To increase your mastery further you'll need to get new frames and weapons and level those.

cool, thanks guys. I thought the game was busted there for a minute.
