Perla pistol skin removes Arca Sisco laser

The arca sisco shoots a laser that acts as a tracer between your gun and the point of contact the laser makes. It looks quite nice. But now, the effect is gone when you equip the perla revolver skin. It does leave a puff of energy-colored smoke, as you can see, but the laser itself is not seen,

I would much like it to be like it used to be, where you could use the skin, see the laser, and the sounds would remain the same. I assume it was changed because the reload animation didn't match up, but in my opinion, it wasn't worth the sacrifice.
