Going into a Public game and someone dies after, or before the first Reward shouldn't "Tax" YOU on mission completed in the Hour.. YOUR death should. People wanna feel out there builds and die instantly? Why should that hinder you from gameplay? Onslaught is a good XP/Relic farm. Arguable with regular missions., But the Relics are Radiant. Arbitrations is way harder than Arena. Change Arbitrations Rewards. I dunno maybe various Rare Mods as Reward. (Vaults, Nightmare, etc.) Maybe X amount of resources fir that given Planet (Titan Extractor) Maybe even just Vaulted Relics.. They aren't going to be introduced into the game until the things they have get unvaulted.
